These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. Pretty Apartment in nice and rustic style, located in the old family house, "Villa di Scopicci". Nestled in the countryside around Volterra, it has an ancient and authentic character. This apartment has of 1 double bedroom, a kitchen area with the typical Tuscan farmhouses’ furniture , living room with sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower. From the apartment you can admire an amazing view from the windows and you can overlook the rolling hills from your outside area with table and chairs.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.
