Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Huge thanks to Michelangelo and Grazia!They made Rimini trip very memorable. Apartment is truly a hidden gem, clean and spacious. Everything was just like in the pictures and even better. Apartment is located at the most beautiful location in Rimini, you can even see ponte di Tiberio through bedroom window. We were provided with restaurant recommendation which were great! Host was very responsive and extremely helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights with our two children at Stefano's and we enjoyed it very much! The location was very, very quiet and you were very quickly on foot at the subway, where we could easily reach all attractions The Vatican was within walking distance. The small balcony was really wonderful to sit outside, where we could enjoy our Prosecco, which was already chilled for us by the host. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable! We would come back anytime!

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Gabriel was a very good host. Despite our problem, when the key was stolen, he helped us very promptly. We are very grateful to him for that. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised by the basic foods: sugar, salt, vinegar, olive oil, coffee.

The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very helpful, they offer very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes' walk from the sea and the center), functional and perfect even for a family like us with small children.

One of the most comfortable and pleasant stays ever. Davide is super helpful and the accommodation is state-of-the-art: Netflix, shampoo and body wash, super-equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious beds, you could stay up to 6-7 people if you want! Easy to find and inexpensive parking. Too bad for the somewhat inconvenient and slightly out-of-the-way location, but just a few minutes by car, or by scooters or shuttles and you are in the center of everything! I can say: A GUARANTEE!

The apartment is just the right size has everything you need. Not having AC is no problem as it has fans and an outdoor patio that is shaded most of the day. There are insect screens on the windows so we could have the windows open overnight. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The shower is a bit dimmed to use, but to take a normal shower. The sea is very close as well as many restaurants, shop and bakery. The city center is 10 minutes away by bus that goes very often. Overall we had a great time.

Our stay was absolutely above and beyond expectations. The apartment was modern, beautifully decorated, and spotless—it felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

My amazing choice in Rimini!!! Fantastic cute cozy apartment near the sea!!! Very modern, nice decoration, very clean!!! Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

Sweet, easy amd nice place

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Stefano and his partner, Arina were fantastic hosts. The apartment was perfect. Big balcony, great amenities, great location near the harbour. It was one of the best stays we have had. We were sad to leave. Thanks guys 🙏💕

Beautiful apartment, very clean and with a delicious aroma! Beautiful, bright and well-ventilated environments. We had everything we needed for the three days we were there, a place to park the car for free on the street and close to everything you need on foot, very close to the beach without moving the car. I recommend it
