A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply lovely people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep fond memories of this break in Pesaro… and of all of you!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Dorina! The house is exactly as described: spacious, with attention to detail and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home, including air conditioning, a washing machine and a perfectly equipped kitchen. The two double bedrooms are very spacious and welcoming, also ideal for families. The location is perfect: in a quiet area but very close to the center of Cesenatico, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The center is full of excellent seafood restaurants, perfect for savoring local cuisine in an authentic atmosphere. Anna was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, and always ready to provide useful advice on what to do and where to eat in the area. We would gladly return and recommend Casa Dorina to anyone who wants to have an authentic Romagna experience, including good food, relaxation and sincere hospitality. Thank you Anna for the welcome!

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

The apartment is spectacular, it is 3 super nice and very equipped floors. The views and the exterior is beautiful. To get there you have to make a path of curves. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Perfect location of you want to stay in the old cobblestone part of town, with easy access to so many great restaurants. We loved the place and the location.

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. Very comfortable and cozy apartment, perfect for two or more people, super tactical, close to the subway and a stone's throw from the sea, you don't even have to touch the car for getting around.

The apartment is wonderful, as soon as I entered I smelled a delicious smell, which reminded me of home, from the photos it seems large but in person the house is huge and it is spectacular that it is in an area with all beautiful houses and villas in the center. The host was kind and friendly, due to an unexpected event with my son, we arrived late, but with great availability they gave us an extra hour to check out, a very appreciated gesture! My kids loved the welcome cookies! The only thing is that we took a very long trip and arrived very tired, but luckily the host responded in less than 5 minutes. Ah, I had a regenerating sleep, the mattress was of excellent quality, you could tell. Finally, the parking included in the price was very satisfying, because otherwise we would have had difficulties. 5 stars super deserved, see you next time, thanks again Veronica!

I went with a friend for a sports competition and we couldn't have chosen 🙌 better. We felt right at home, the host family took care of all the details, they even prepared dinner for us the first day we arrived very late!! The apartment is great (it is integrated into the residential complex where they also live), the area is very quiet and beautiful and you have a pharmacy, some bars and a supermarket next door. Rimini 15 minutes by car. To repeat. Thank you so much for everything

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
