Very professional and lovely outfit . We enjoyed all of our stay . All was there what we needed. Beach in short walking distance. Private parking is a plus. Well done there is a lot Of heart &pride in the decor and lay out .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Saša Ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und Gut zu erreichen. Unterkunft passt zur Beschreibung bietet alles was man braucht. Ich persönlich war sehr zufrieden und könnte mir vorstellen nochmal dort einen Urlaub zu verbringen

Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

Ana and her dad, who welcomed us, were amazing. They helped out in every situation and made this apartment really a home. We really liked it in Pula and enjoyed our time.

Piękny apartament. Na zdjęciach nie wygląda na tak duży. Dwie olbrzymie sypialnie. Dodatkowo dostępny salon i kuchnia z jadalnia. Piękny taras z kolejnym stołem. Do dyspozycji grill gazowy. Wyposażenie kuchni na najwyższym poziomie. Do dyspozycji nie tylko standardowe naczynia ale też praktyczne rzeczy: folia, papier do pieczenia itd. Czekały na nas owoce. Dla dzieci słodkie rogaliki ale też znalazło się coś na wieczór 😏 w łazience pralka + kostki.

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Absolute charming home. Lorena thought of everything and even gave us a welcoming gift. Location was great although the gps in our car rental had trouble locating it. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting to explore Istria as it is centrally located and walkable to town.

Wir haben als Paar mit kleinem Hund unsere ersten Istrien Ferien hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft war super modern, sehr grosszügig und top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Auch der Aussenbereich mit schönem Pool und grünem Umschwung war super und da er auch komplett eingezäunt war, hat auch auch unser kleine Hund volle Freiheit geniessen können. Andreja hat auch auf unseren Wunsch den zusätzlichen Whirlpool im Mai noch auf der Terrasse in Betrieb gelassen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben, da es aufgrund des Wetters zum Baden im Pool leider zu kalt war. Grill ein zusätzliches Plus. Auf ein Auto ist man definitiv angewiesen, aber als Ausgangspunkt war es sehr super mit je ca. 30min Fahrt nach Porec und Rovinj und ca. 40min nach Pula. Es gibt also in der nahegelegenen Umgebung viel zu unternehmen und trotzdem kann man sich in dieser Unterkunft super der Hektik entziehen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter:)

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with our stay with Sonja. She met us at arrival, was easy to reach if/when needed and was overall super friendly and welcoming. We loved the house that was situated in a calm residential area but still close to central Pula, many beaches, activities and lots of shops. The flat was spacious, had all the amenities we needed and having our own pool was wonderful! We had an amazing week and would love to come back.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Eine gute Lage und ruhig. Mauro hat uns persönlich empfangen und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Er war gut erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Zudem war Mauro hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Grundstück war eingezäunt jedoch muss man bei kleinen Hunden etwas vor das Gittertor stellen damit sie nicht weglaufen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Villa ! Sehr sauber und sehr modern ! Wir haben die Sauna und den Pool in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Kinder waren von der PS4 begeistert (Achtung, nur 1 Controller) 😄. Das Fliegen Problem haben wir gelöst, indem wir ausschließlich die Terrassentür geöffnet ließen, welche Vorhänge hatte. Diese hielten die meisten Fliegen draußen und es konnte trotzdem die Tür offen bleiben. Grillkohle, Anzünder & co mussten gekauft werden, - war nicht vor Ort. Auch Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw. war nicht vorhanden. Ivana hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Aus dem Dorf heraus habe ich keine Spaziergänger Route finden können, deshalb musste ich stets mit dem Auto wegfahren um mit dem Hund Gassi zu gehen. Das Grundstück war jedoch perfekt. Schön groß und geschlossen, sodass unser kleiner Hund frei herumspringen konnte.

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

Prima host en top co-host, spreken erg goed Duits. Beide heel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Let even op: appartement is op de 2e verdieping, en alleen met trap te bereiken. Goede bank en prima boxspring. Hele goede keuken, let wel alleen snelfilter koffie apparaat.

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável! O apartamento é bonito, bem decorado e estava impecavelmente limpo. Sentimo-nos muito confortáveis durante todo o tempo. A localização também foi excelente. Jela foi muito simpática e prestativa, o que tornou tudo ainda melhor. Recomendamos com certeza e esperamos voltar!

We stayed at Martina's place for almost a month and it couldn't be better! We felt right at home - she was very accommodating and super friendly. The flat had everything we needed for a long stay - fully equipped kitchen and comfy space. The area is beautiful and very calm, yet everything is within 7-10 mins drive like beaches, cafes and shops - exactly what we were looking for! There is even a sourdough bakery short walk away! The month passed by way too fast! We would love to stay here again!! Thank you Martina for being such an amazing host!!

Uz to što je apartman čist, komunikacija s domaćinom odlična, ostali smo iznenađeni sa gestom koja nam je bila podarena. Stvarno su se potrudili da se osjećamo dobrodošlima. Sve pohvale i preporuke!

Od początku naszego pobytu komunikacja z Mila była bardzo dobra. Mila dbała abyśmy czuli się u niej jak w domu i rozwiązywała na bieżąco zaistniałe problemy. Okolica bardzo spokojna, do plaży szliśmy około 15-20min. Trochę daleko pieszo do miasta ale działa komunikacja miejska lub Uber. Polecamy każdemu ten Apartament😊👌

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Cezar Green in Vinkuran. De gastvrouw was erg aardig, goed bereikbaar en gaf enthousiast heel fijne en goede tips over bezienswaardigheden/restaurants/etc in de buurt. Het door ons gehuurde 1 slaapkamer appartement was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin van drie + hond, was voorzien van een klein maar prettig balkon, goed onderhouden, proper en had airco. We voelden ons helemaal thuis. Ons verblijf was top! De ligging vormt de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen naar Pula, Medulin, Kamenjak,… Auto is uiteraard een must.
