Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy bedrooms, and fresh bed linens and towels - all you need to bring are your personal belongings! :) Our favourite spot? La Casa Ingrid - Couple's Paradise - Beach (20 m)

La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

The penthouse is located in an safe and quiet urban area that features shops, markets, restaurants swimming pools and everything else you might need. The location is 950m, cca 5 minute walk to the closest beach and 2 km from the city center, cca 15 minute walk, and is well connected with bus lines. The apartment has free parking spots, 20 m2 sunny terrace, fully equiped kitchen for you to cook with and high speed wifi suitable for work situations. We are looking forward to hosting you!

FIT Studio (near the sea)

My little cozy Studio Apartment is suitable for two people. It is newly restaurated (May 2017.) and has separate entrance and little yard with table and chairs in whitch you can chillin and enjoying fresh air. You have a free parking space in front of Apartment. A modern equipped kitchen (electric stove and refrigerator with freezer) will help you to enjoy your cooking on holiday. A pleasant stay in the house gives you air conditioning and contact with rest of the world, free WIFI.

Na raspolaganju vam je grijani bazen 12 metara dužine (grijanje uz doplatu) , prekrasan prostor sa 5 klimatiziranih spavaćih soba (jedna u prizemlju) i 4 kupatila, zabava uz ogroman 65" Tv i vanjski projektor sa TV boxom, trampolin, koš. Villa je pažljivo namještena , te je velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Pogodna za osobe s teškoćama u kretanju .
