We had a great stay for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pool and back yard. It is a great spot to explore the Dolomites in general, but limited in terms of restaurants / things to do within walking distance. Easy parking in garage across the street. Lots of character and pictures accurately reflect unit, but unit needs to be thoroughly dusted. Overall, we had great experience.

Great apartment for exploring Brixen and the wider Dolomites region. Alex communicated clearly and met us for checkin to show us round. The apartment is large, spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside space, pool and hot tub are great spaces to hang around in. Only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and of course exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for this and you can enjoy the beautiful large house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and that worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into town. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We traveled a lot, but we also very much enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Great place in excellent location

We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in the Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Very unique accommodation with really caring, friendly and open-minded hosts! Michela and Lorenzo have furnished their hayloft with a lot of love for detail and thus create a wonderful overall atmosphere. Communication and hosting leave nothing to be desired, we will be happy to come back!

Roberta’s home was a dream. The view was breathtaking, surrounded by the mountains and a sea of trees. Roberta was responsive and helpful and getting us to the Airbnb. It was the ideal location to start my wife and I honeymoon, nearby a number of national parks and beautiful hikes. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to other guests.

We had a wonderful stay! Sabine was an excellent host—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The house is beautiful, with a peaceful water stream, Dolomite views and cozy seating areas on every balcony. We also loved spending time with the adorable cat and the friendly dog. A truly charming place in Nova Ponente!

Sergio's place is a haven in a beautiful setting. In early June the refuge opposite wasn't open yet, so it was a very quiet little hamlet with deer wandering through the meadows. The house is as it appears - we were lucky that we only overlapped with the guests next door for a couple of days as all the outside space is really shared. Also the house itself was freezing, and perhaps should have been opened and aired before we arrived. But it was very clean, Sergio was very helpful and it's a lovely place to stay.

Farmhouse surrounded by nature, very rustic environment but including the essentials. The owner is very helpful, he told us that we also had the opportunity to use the area that would be used for the B&B, he provided us with some food that we had not brought from home (sugar, coffee, oil), and gave us ideas on where to go for a walk in nature. A very special experience, only for those looking for an adventure in search of reconnection with nature

The small mountain hut is made with so much love and passion that you can only feel comfortable. Romano really thought of everything. There was nothing missing in the kitchen and bathroom either. It was a really great vacation and I'm sure we'll be back! There is only one thing to note: you are not completely alone. Next door, there was someone every now and then - but it never bothered us. As a family of four with two teenage children, we had a really nice time at the Alpakahof in Serfaus. The farm is quiet and very idyllic with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is spacious, super cozy and very well equipped. There is plenty of storage and retreats. On the large balcony you can also relax wonderfully in the winter sun. Also with the very trusting and cuddly cats of the house on your lap. Our great hosts were open and very helpful. If you want to go skiing, it's not far by car to the nearby gondolas. By car, you can quickly get to Serfaus or Fiss. In addition, there is a very nice hiking trail towards Serfaus near the house. A vacation at the Alpakahof is really worthwhile! We will be happy to come back :-)

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 4 nights there. It is super clean, new, modernly furnished. We felt super comfortable. We had the pool partly all to ourselves. It is super quiet and the area just fantastic. The large roof terrace is also beautiful. Simply great. Eleonora and her parents are also super friendly. We'll be back for sure, then we'll stay longer :)

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

We spent a week with Patrick and Nina and felt very comfortable. Both are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very remote in nature, perfect for relaxing. A highlight was the natural pool. The small apartment is well equipped, the bathroom could be renovated. As with everything in nature, you should not be afraid of spiders. A car is absolutely necessary, it takes almost 30 minutes to get to Bolzano (15 km). We definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back.

We were enthusiastic about the accommodation from the beginning, Brigitte welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything well. She also always clarified all questions superbly, no matter what it was about. The location is perfect, everything is easy to reach and yet quiet. The apartment was sparkling clean and there was everything you could ever need. The beds were very comfortable, we had a restful sleep. The garden is beautiful, the pool refreshing and also very clean, there were also plenty of loungers and shaded areas. The guest card with which you could use the buses and selected mountain railways is also great. All in all, recommended without restrictions, full score from us and we will be happy to come back. A big thank you goes out to Brigitte again!
