Vacation rentals with a pool in Villasimius

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We spent a wonderful vacation as a family in this great vacation home in Sardinia! The house is very well maintained, tastefully furnished and equipped as described. We were particularly enthusiastic about the wonderful pool, which provided a welcome cooling on hot days and was extensively used by young and old. The location is quiet and relaxing, perfect for switching off, and yet you can quickly reach beaches, shopping and beautiful excursion destinations by car. The spacious terrace overlooking the mountains was our favorite place - simply fantastic! Communication with the host and the locals was very friendly. They were very helpful and always available if questions arose. We felt completely comfortable! An absolute recommendation!

We stayed for one week at Villa Turandot and it was fantastic. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the house was more than spacious enough for us all, with ample bathrooms. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Aircon was really appreciated. The large terrace upstairs is perfect for dining, playing games and daytime reading with lots of spots to hide yourself away. The pool was amazing - big enough to count and such a welcome respite from the Sardinian heat..we noted there weren't many properties in Torre Delle that had this luxury. We split our time between the pool and the local beach, which is less than 10 mins walk away. It's a lovely spot, crystal clear seas and very safe. We spent lots of time at the very chilled Cafe Do Mar there, nice vibes. Enrico was a great host, very helpful with excellent communications.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The fridge was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Beautiful house just steps to the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

There were four of us with 2 teenagers in the apartment, the beds were very cozy, the whole apartment comfortably equipped. Air conditioning also in the living room. We felt very comfortable! Unfortunately, the pool had not opened at first, but Vincent could not do anything about it. He refunded us one night for it, very nice! Unfortunately, the pool rules are very strict and rather ridiculous (bathing caps, take off shoes in front of the gate, only in the water if a supervisor is there...), but for a nice cool-down or a swim the actually nice pool was okay! We would book again!

The accommodation fully met our expectations. We always cooked ourselves, because the restaurants were completely overpriced. We were also able to enjoy the wonderful sunset at dinner. Simonetta has often contacted us and asked. We can recommend this place.

A perfect stay. Alessandro was an excellent host, meeting us at both check-in and check-out, offering to help with luggage and even lovingly preparing a welcome snack of fruits and meats, and stocking the cupboards with essentials. The apartment was amazing - roller black out blinds for the kids, pristine swimming pool and sun deck, all the amenities, aircon, and even a BBQ which we used twice. Everything was thought through and well catered for. Location-wise, it suited us perfectly - never a problem with noise, parking, a park 5 minutes away, a small shop 1 minute away, and just a 5-10 minute walk into town. As for Pula and South Sardinia itself - perfect; incredible beaches, great food and friendly locals.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the ad. Everything in perfect condition. The apartment is in a private and safe set with pool. The hosts are very thoughtful, upon our arrival there was a platter of sweets on the central table, in the bathroom a shower gel kit, shampoo and body cream, liquid soap in the sink. Communication was very easy and fast.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic location, a minute's walk to a sandy beach with crystal clear waters, with lots of space. A few minutes walk to every kind of shop you need including a pharmacy, fish shop, supermarket, news agent, etc. Great restaurants and bars nearby, andalso many beach bars. The beautiful garden contains a private pool, which we used a lot. Perfect for families. The accommodation could be considered a bit tired, but this is outweighed by all the positives. Overall this is a fantastic house in a perfect location.

Nice villa, big enough for 6 people, loved the pool and privacy. I can highly recommend it.

The house with the pool, garden and absolute dream beach, was great. The kitchen was a bit small to cook for 5 people. But the rooms, garden and terrace offered a lot of space and space. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back! It's a great place!
