PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. La nostra casa è un appartamento signorile di 70 mq di recente costruzione, luminoso e curato nei minimi dettagli e sito al primo piano in un condominio di pregio molto tranquillo in zona non trafficata e non rumorosa con ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva comodamente al centro del paese ed a tutti i servizi senza dover utilizzare la macchina.
