L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a newly renovated building in the heart of Villasimius. It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. The entire house has just been renovated (July 2023) and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor shower and furniture. The entire house enjoys great brightness and privacy.

Our house is a recently built, 70 sqm, elegant apartment, bright and with attention to the smallest details, located on the first floor in a very quiet, prestigious condominium in a non-trafficked and non-noisy area with ample free parking. In a few minutes' walk you can comfortably reach the center of the village and all the amenities without having to use the car.
