Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Comfortable mattresses. Plenty of clean linens. For those who prefer to eat at home, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Pleasant outdoor space, with table and chairs for eating, a lounger, and other chairs. There's a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby. The magnificent beaches of Chia can only be reached by car in a few minutes. Selly was always very helpful and very kind, satisfying our requests. We had a great time!

The place was very nice and exactly as described. The handover worked smoothly, and the location close to the beach was simply fantastic. Clear recommendation!

The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. We enjoyed the stay and were able to relax well. The path to the beach is short on foot. In September, the beach was little occupied, access to the water quite flat (child-friendly) and the hosts provided beach chairs and a parasol. We were able to eat, read, play and hang our laundry directly in front of the house entrance under a large tent roof (washing machine is available in the house) and also park our car, secured by a garden gate. Small, practical-functional kitchenette with gas stove, enough dishes, two showers/toilets plus outdoor shower, which is convenient for "desanding" after the beach. Quiet residential area in a townhouse settlement. The hosts have a cute little dog and a young cat, in the residential area live pfaue and parakeets. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend the accommodation.

A wonderfully relaxing stay! I was warmly welcomed by Giuseppe's family and immediately felt welcome. The house is clean and well-maintained, quietly located, the kitchen is well equipped, and the view from the terrace is even better than in the photos. Sitting here with a glass of wine and watching the full moon rise over the sea: I won't forget that so soon, wonderful! Thank you!

It was a very pleasant stay and Massimo and his wife ensured a pretty warm welcome with a detailed house and surrounding info. The accomodation was great- from the bbq to the nice garden. Our children and us have enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed staying in the house. The tranquility was great, the garden bloomed so beautifully and the amenities were perfect. Everything was super clean and tidy. There was even olive oil, spices and in the bathroom there was shower gel and shampoo in the dispenser. As a welcome greeting, there were even 2 bottles of beer and a bottle of water in the fridge. Definitely not the norm! A small, sweet beach is within walking distance. However, you should have a car, as many things cannot be reached otherwise. Communication with Lara was super easy. Conclusion: We will be back 😁

Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

We spent the week of August in Silvia's apartment, we had a great time; the house is exactly as in the photos. The apartment is clean and complete with everything you need (there are also two lounge chairs and an umbrella), it is located in a quiet area near supermarkets and a 5 min walk from downtown. Silvia is a friendly, helpful and very responsive host in answering any questions.

Beautiful apartment on two floors, tastefully furnished. Nothing was missing inside. Located on a small hill with great sea views. We highly recommend it.

Well equipped apartment of sweet and very helpful hosts. The location is great, various restaurants are located directly in the condominium, and it is right on the coast and super close to the beach. Beautiful hikes along the coast and through the forest start just steps away. I had a wonderful time.

We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

We had a wonderful time in this house by the sea in Sardinia! The location is simply unbeatable – you could really walk to the beach in a bathing suit. Also, a very good restaurant was within walking distance, and we ate excellently there. The house was perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. There were toys for children, a crib, a child seat and even parasols for the beach. The garden was a real highlight for our child – plenty of space to play and romp. We were particularly pleased that there was great gluten-free pizza in Cagliari – ideal for people with intolerances. The proximity to many other beautiful beaches was also great – by car you can quickly reach everywhere. Very pleasant accommodation that totally matches the description and photos. Maria is super responsive and advises you on nearby beaches and restaurants. It's perfect for a family with children. A little extra: screens on the windows of the bedrooms which is a real advantage. Chia is small but you have several cities 20/30 minutes from the house. Beautiful and tranquil destination in October.

The stay with Elodie and Luca was all around successful. They were both very friendly and accommodating. The place matched the descriptions. A dartboard and a ping pong table are available and complete the great outdoor area, with a wonderful view. We would like to emphasize the folder created by Elodie and Luca with great tips (restaurants, beaches, etc.). Here you could orient yourself very well. If we had any questions, both were very easy to reach and pointed out the upcoming winds and a corresponding choice of beach. Torre delle Stelle is characterized by two super beautiful bays, insanely nice people and shopping/restaurants. In addition, the village is quite central, so you can quickly reach, for example, Cagliari, Villasimius or Pula. Thanks Elodie and Luca for this great vacation!

We had a lovely and relaxing time in the house, which was very well equipped. From laundry detergent to iron, everything you need was there. The house is comfortably furnished, so the four of us felt very comfortable. We spent a few mornings on the sunny terrace with a beautiful view. A good pizzeria is a 2-minute walk away. Even the most beautiful beaches with light blue water and powder sand are only 40 minutes away by car. Highly recommended!

Alberto’s place exceeded our expectations- the location, views and amenities were phenomenal! We enjoyed meals on the terrace and relaxing after days of exploration around the island every day. The sunsets blew us away and the sound of the waves created an incredible atmosphere of relaxation. It was one of our best vacations- and we would definitely stay at Bella Vista again- we loved it!

Donatella is very nice, available and efficient. Very good stay, close to a large supermarket and a large beach. Good base for visiting southern Sardinia!

Very friendly and caring host. Only 5 mins walk to a small but beautiful beach with crystal clear water and beautiful sunsets. In the description it said no wifi, TV or washing machine but actually you have them all. We spent a beautiful and unforgetable week there. Thank you, Luca! :) Highly recommend.

The stay was comfortable, the house was suitable for those traveling with animals , especially the outdoor area. The quiet area, but very close to the village center. The house is equipped with every comfort.

We particularly appreciated Michèle's accommodation which is located in a peaceful, pleasant environment. The accommodation is part of a set of several small houses with a small garden. Each has a dedicated parking space. The large covered terrace allowed us to fully enjoy the outdoors. We also liked the outdoor shower. The indoor shower is a bit small. The bed is comfortable, large 160 cm. It has everything you need for cooking. Flawless accommodation, responsive host with small touches for tenants. Accommodation 15 minutes walk from the beach and about 3/4 km from the center of Villasimius. We highly recommend it.
