Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Villasimius

We had a wonderful stay at Locanda. We were pleasantly surprised by the top-notch services and hospitality of staff. Breakfast was great and something we enjoyed every morning. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was incredible! Only thing of note was that our room was above the kitchen, so it got a little noisy in the evening. Nothing earplugs or a noise machine can’t fix. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend to others.

Nous avons apprécié de séjourner chez Nicola. La chambre est confortable Mention spéciale à la personne (francophone) qui a préparé le petit déjeuner. Seul point négatif : il est pratiquement impossible de se garer à proximité du logement et le quartier est très escarpé

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat sich sehr um ein leckeres Frühstück bemüht. Leider ist San Vito etwas etwas sehr ruhig, aber viele suchen vielleicht genau das. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Big room and bath in a B&B, very neat. Everything one could need was provided. The main road with supermarket and restaurants is just around the corner, beaches in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much, highly recommendable.

Alloggio bellissimo, sembra un orto botanico dedicato alle piante grasse, direi stupendo, camere pulitissime e bagno davvero molto bello Ottima anche la colazione con vasta scelta

Wonderful place. We had contact with Elisa throughout our stay, we did not meet Francesca. In the B&B there are 4 bedrooms, we stayed here with 8 people and thus used all the rooms and had the B&B to ourselves - this was great. The rooms are fully equipped & also with airco (amazing!). We rented a car so we could drive to Cagliari ourselves, the apartment is quite far away from the city center.

Irréprochable, un super séjour chez Susanna. Susanna est efficace, polie et surtout extrêmement gentille et humaine. Elle est attentive à tous nos besoins, et elle propose un petit déjeuner fabuleux. Grazie mille Susanna!

Sin da subito la struttura ha dato riscontri positivi: la cura dell' host Andrea veramente particolare. Perfette le indicazioni ed i suggerimenti per la cena. Un piccolo problema di ascensore prontamente risolto a distanza. Locale delizioso, come del resto la stanza, accogliente, comoda, funzionale e ben accessoriata, con televisore orientabile, bollitore, frigo a disposizione . Posizione centrale, ci ha permesso di raggiungere agevolmente ristorante, zona shopping e punti di riferimento per la visita della città. Veramente contenti della scelta, che consiglio caldamente

Assunta und Mimo sind unglaublich herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Sorgfalt gestaltet. Besonders das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Genuss – abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Assunta und Mimo – bleibt bitte euer Leben lang gesund und fröhlich. Es war uns eine Freude!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte nella camera di Francesca, prima di proseguire il nostro viaggio verso l'Ogliastra. È stata molto gentile, provvedendo alle nostre richieste, tutto come da descrizione. Purtroppo non abbiamo dormito molto per via di un pavone rumoroso, ma effettivamente il problema era descritto nell'annuncio. in ogni caso comodo come appoggio per l'aeroporto di Cagliari e per passeggiare nei dintorni.

Siamo stati nella suite del B&B con due bambini e ci siamo trovati molto bene! L'appartamento è pulito (lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno) e fresco grazie all' aria condizionata (essenziale ad agosto!). La cucina comune è attrezzata ed accessibile ad ogni momento e la colazione dolce è buona. Molto comoda l'area comune dove si possono sciacquare e stendere asciugamani e costumi da bagno. L'appartamento è generalmente tranquillo, ma dipende dal livello di rumore dei vicini di stanza (nel nostro caso l'host è stato molto reattivo e ha chiesto ai vicini di abbassare il volume della televisione dopo la mezzanotte). La zona è altrettanto tranquilla (a parte i cani dei vicini che abbiano continuamente, ma fortunatamente le finestre sono molto isolanti). Posizione comoda tra Cagliari e la Costa Rei avendo una automobile a disposizione. L'host è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato consigli sulle zone da visitare. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Das stilvolle, liebevoll dekorierte Appartement liegt im ersten Stock, mit eigener Terrasse und herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Wir liebten es. uns morgens von der Sonne wecken lassen und bei offenem Fenster aufs Meer zu blicken. Ein sehr romantisches Licht- und Farbenspiel. Das Frühstück im Garten wird jeden morgen hübsch vorbereitet, war vielseitig und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist strategisch günstig, mit Flugzeug und Mietwagen super, da die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Flughafen (15 min) ideal ist, ohne Verkehrsstress. Die fantastischen Strände von Chia und Umgebung sind in 30min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch mit dem Bus ebenso gut erreichbar, vom Airport mit Zug und Bus zum Appartement, von dort weiter bis Pula und Chia möglich. Haltestellen sind fußläufig. Anna Maria und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und stets aufmerksam. Wir haben ihr Haus geteilt und fühlten uns, da die Wohnung separat liegt, trotzdem sehr privat. Tolles Bette, sauber, kunstvolles schönes und empfehlenswertes Ambiente.

Highly recommend this little boutique treasure in Cagliari, gorgeous host and gorgeous accommodation Have rarely seen such thoughtful attention to details. Virginia had prepared a specific table, beautifully laid out, for each separate room. And left a specific shelf in fridge with supplies specifically for each guest. The quantity of breakfast, fruit, etc was definitely one of the most generous offered by a host in our experience. The room was super comfortable, a very restful sleep, Represented great value for money. Thank you for such a delightful stay. Deb

Anche se si è trattato di un soggiorno per una sola notte, è stato tutto perfetto. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari, la struttura era pulita e ordinata. La colazione, tutto ok, con una torta di mele fatta in casa che ne faceva da regina. Consiglio anche per il panorama, il relax e l'aria pura che si respira. Complimenti alla proprietà.

We arrived by bicycles to their beautiful place. Room was large with mini fridge and very large bathroom . Little extras made our stay unforgettable- beach umbrella to borrow, movie on the biggest tv with popcorn! Breakfast served on the lawn in the garden. Property was extremely safe for our bicycles. I can highly recommend this Airbnb listing

Dolianova è un paese caratteristico a circa 20 Km. da Cagliari, la casa di Roberta ha le architetture tradizionali di una domus campidanese ma completamente ristrutturata di recente. pulizia e ospitalità perfette

Merci pour l’accueil nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les filles ont adoré la piscine, qui nous a bien désaltéré malgré la chaleur. Daniela et son mari sont très discret et très serviable. Nous recommandons grandement cette adresse. Encore merci pour tous.

Hemos estado como en casa ,se han portado espectacularmente.Son unas personas maravillosas, nos llevamos unos amigos de verdad . El alojamiento hay paz , tranquilidad y la cama muy confortable , resumiendo mucho mejor q lo q yo imaginaba , todo perfecto. Valentina es un angelito caído del cielo , nos ha preparado unos desayunos espectaculares y rosario es un hombre simpático amable y muy alegre . Staying in Villa Maria felt like home! Anna and Antonello welcomed us like family and we had a lovely time together. Can't wait to come back!

Unsere Zeit bei Francesca war toll. Sie ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sich Mühe macht damit man sich als Gast wohl fühlt. Das gesamte AirBnb war sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll gestaltet. Morgens zauberte sie uns ein tolles und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Mit selbstgestalteten Blumensträußen aus dem Garten hübschte sie unseren Tisch zum Frühstück auf und bereitete uns dadurch schon morgens eine Freude. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca hat mithilfe von Google Übersetzer sehr gut funktioniert. Wir lernten sogar ein paar italienische Worte dazu ☺️ danke für alles und bestimmt bis bald!

Wir haben vom 13.08 bis 27.08.2022 das B&B gebucht. Das Zimmer war in einem sehr sauberen gepflegten und neuen Zustand. Als Begrüßung hat uns der Gastgeber eine Vorspeisenplatte und Getränke nach Wahl gereicht. Super lieber Empfang und Erklärung der Gegebenheiten. Im Allgemeinen war der Gastgeber und seine Familie sehr freundlich und hat viele hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Das Frühstück morgens war lecker. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und konnte Jederzeit benutzt werden. Außerdem standen uns Liegen und ein Sonnendach zur Verfügung. Ich kann das B&B jedem weiter empfehlen. Von dort aus sind alle tollen Strände mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Alles Liebe Grüße Nicole&Wanda
