La sua conformazione su diversi livelli la rende un'ottima scelta anche per due piccoli nuclei familiari. Si articola al piano terra e al piano mansarda di una più ampia villa, con giardino e parcheggio riservato. Dimenticate l'auto per raggiungere la spiaggia.
