In Bolzano-Gries, very large apartment in villa with garden (private access) There are two bedrooms, one double, one with a 2 single or 1 double bed 2 bathrooms (one with shower, bidet, sink and toilet), another with only a toilet. A large ans spacious livingroom with 50' led tv and an very confortable kitchen..... When used by two people only in winter season the second bedroom will be kept closed. In case of use (in winter with heating) the second room costs 7 euros more per night.

A house with a long, exciting history, which we have carefully and with great respect brought into the 21st century. The house stands alone in the middle of nature: directly below the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area and only 10 km from the city of Merano. 170 square meters can accommodate eight to 12 people. The garden is gently sloping, just behind the three larches, about 100 meters away, is our other chalet, the Chalet Leckplått. Private mountain view sauna.

Ground floor apartment of 75 sqm in a private street one kilometer from the center of Cortina, near the ice stadium and the Tofane cable car. It consists of three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single), a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers. Supplied and included in the price are a washing machine, dishes, dishwasher, kits, parking space. Available throughout the year for periods of not less than one week. Small pets are welcome.

The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
