The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

The apartment is at the village entrance of Hohenems. Hohenems is the ideal starting point for your activities (hiking, skiing...). From Hohenems you are immediately in Dornbirn, to Bregenz or Feldkirch it is a good 15-minute highway ride. The motorway connection is reachable in a few minutes. In addition, the proximity to Switzerland and Liechtenstein offers another advantage. The perfect secondary residence for your company in Liechtenstein/Switzerland.

In the mountains

Enjoy your time out in our 50 m², renovated apartment at an altitude of 900 m – ideal for up to 4 people. Modern amenities meet cozy ambiance with natural stone floors, real wood parquet and underfloor heating. A bedroom with double bed (180 x 200), a sofa bed (150 x 210), a well-equipped kitchen, terrace with garden use, free Wi-Fi and parking are waiting for you. Sauna and Jacuzzi can be used privately for an additional fee – perfect for relaxing.

Starting point for many excursions

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2 family house upstairs. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport available. In a garden lounge, you can relax in warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hiking and many beautiful excursions. (Window view: mountain summit) Or as a stopover for the onward journey to the ski resorts, Alps, South and the North

Vacation home - Recreation and nature

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation

Cozy loft in Weiler

Weiler is a great community with a beautiful recreational area. It is located in the heart of Vorarlberg, from here you can visit numerous places. Ski resorts in winter, cable cars in summer for hiking, the lake stage on Lake Constance, various cities with markets, museums and gastronomy. There is also a lot for children. I would be happy to personally give my guests more tips for interesting excursion destinations.
