Great location, and a super well-equipped house. Only 2 downsides: you can hear a lot from upstairs, and as there was a family with children, it was a little uncomfortable because I am very sensitive to noise - but at night there was no noise. And there's also no shower enclosure in the bathroom, so every time you shower, you get the bathroom floor wet. For less than 60 euros a night, it was a great deal!

If you want to indulge in true relaxation in the Bracciano area then Roberta's accommodation is for you. Surrounded by nature, well maintained. A real treat. In addition, you can admire magnificent Bernese mountain dogs and beautiful cats. Impeccable hospitality and stay-in. Thanks again for everything.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos and the description. We arrived a little later than expected and Flavio was very flexible and then came to the agreed time with the keys and explained everything to us. The accommodation has everything you need for cooking, sleeping, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the old town as well as the Bahbhof Bracciano is very easily accessible on foot and within an hour you can get to Rome by train. When the city called for a water interruption at short notice, Flavio informed us and even brought us a canister in the evening, which was very sweet. We were completely satisfied, thank you very much and would like another time again :).
