Really nice place, great area for walks with animals and/or children. Heidi is very responsive and friendly. Breakfast is excellent and varies from day to day. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a very good week's vacation: the cottage is very nice as well as the terrace and pool. Our 5 and 8 year old daughters also enjoyed the place very much. Many possible visits in the area, we recommend it!

We had a great family vacation in a peaceful and very pleasant cottage. Sophie is available for her hosts and responsive. Everything is as described and is a place we recommend to rest but also to discover the terroir and sites of interest of Périgord. The pool is also appreciable after the hot days of sightseeing. We will keep this property!!

A real slice of heaven. We spent a little week with our 9-month-old baby in this beautifully tastefully renovated old barn. When we arrived on the premises, we did “OMG” Everything was almost perfect. Fiona welcomed us and as soon as we needed anything, she was very responsive. Heather, in a message, also made sure everything was okay. There was also another family who rented in another part of the house next door but each had its own tranquility and outdoor space. I would highly recommend it

A haven of peace and tranquility in this world of brutes... in the middle of nature, hiking in the forest, nearby several departures of trails on all sides. Authentic period accommodation wood stove available we had a fire every night, awesome!! Very nice owners, Napoleon museum right next door to visit on foot when leaving the rental. Very good relaxing stay, we only saw greenery all week, soothing, it breaks the rhythm of our nearby cities. To be repeated.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Shelley and her cute dog. The accommodation is cute, located in a quiet area, in beautiful nature. The place is really beautiful and peaceful. The pool is lovely. Shelley is a very nice host and very nice to meet. It's a home where you can feel good.

I really enjoyed my stay at Benjamin's, it's a little cocoon of sweetness, very nice, impeccable in terms of cleanliness! Benjamin was very considerate and took care to prepare a full, refined and very well presented breakfast 🙏🏻😊 I even asked for a little extra to take my meal at noon, and I really recommend you try the food. 👌👌👌 I also really enjoyed being able to exchange and discuss, Benjamin is another very open person and I will happily come back!

Very pleasant stay. Beautiful view of the surroundings. Note: - access via a pedestrian street on the side. It can be done without any problems, but it's not necessarily suitable for all profiles. - the absence of a stove despite the presence of a fridge, microwave etc. Beyond these few remarks, an excellent little country stone cottage. 100% recommended.

We were allowed to stay in the watermill for a week and we had a great time! Paul and Mieke are two fantastically sweet people with a great passion that is clearly palpable! But also their two sweet four-legged friends Henk and Mila are two lovely dogs. Now that we are back in the Netherlands, we are a little homesick for the nice tranquility of the Badassat! We enjoyed everything the Badassat and the area had to offer! Paul and Mieke thank you very much for this nice vacation, for the nice communication, the great accommodation it was really great for us!

Cecile and her husband are excellent, proactive and friendly hosts. The property with the view and swimming pool is beautiful. The house offers everything you need to spend a nice holiday. We were there for almost two weeks with our children aged 8 and 4 and enjoyed both the tranquility and the fact that the children could splash around in the swimming pool during the day, while you can always keep an eye on them from the kitchen and also the terrace. In the area there are numerous destinations for worthwhile excursions, we enjoyed this family vacation very much and can highly recommend it all...

Serges is very nice and prepares the house like a hotel. The photos totally match reality. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering good independence to all. The accommodation is extremely quiet with a very pleasant setting for a weekend with loved ones or for sightseeing. Great stay, I recommend it👌.

For a couple looking to rest is the right choice. Close to a super and a walk from downtown . There is no need for car . The studio is very clean and has a terrace that delights for eating or breakfast . The bed say that it has good clothes and a mattress of the real ones, in which you will rest for sure in addition to being very large . Sarlat is a lovely town with plenty to see and the surrounding area full of castles and fairytale villages. If you are going to Sarlat do not hesitate to stay at Dominique's house.

The location of the small village is fantastic. Dominique and his team have designed this property so wonderfully tasteful and with many ideas. The whole property and the large beautiful pool invite you to relax. The property is a good starting point for excursions in the Perigord and on the Dordogne. Our week was just great!
