Welcome to our cozy studio apartment, in the basement of our 150-year old home in Sarlat-la-Canéda. We live here since 2022 and we have fully renovated and refurnished the apartment, including a comfortable queen size boxspring bed. The apartment has a private entrance and a large garden with panoramic views over the city. We are at just 5 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking distance from the medieval city center and in close proximity of all sights and attractions in the Perigord noir.

The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. the accommodation adjoining a house is located in the village of the medieval village of Donzenac which is located on one of the roads of st jacques de compostelle , in an old hotel on the edge of the historic road RN20; the rooms are renovated , there is an extra kitchen with a microwave, a kettle,a plate ,a TV and the minimum for a breakfast; in addition there are 2 shower cabins and a toilet all reserved for a single rental . Wifi is available.

A parking space is at your disposal.
