Vacation rentals with beach access in Vézère

Very well located studio, in the heart of Martel. We were able to shine from there and there are very good restaurants in the village. Listing is as described and Clémence is very responsive.

It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good bedding. Close to the Dordogne river, which is nice when it's the heatwave. Small treats upon arrival. Nice! We really enjoyed staying there. We recommend this property. Even though the apartment is located on the ground floor of the owner's house, this is not a problem because Nathalie is very discreet.

Charlotte's cottage is small but cozy and immaculate, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The little rear garden is delightful and private. The cottage is near a main thoroughfare but is quite soundproof when the doors are closed. It was a lovely place to stay in this quiet and picturesque little village.

We stayed 3 nights at Benoist and Rosa's, with my partner and we had a great stay. First of all, we were very well received. Benoist gave us a tour of the property and told us about the tourist getaways to do nearby, as well as the restaurants that were worth a visit. The accommodation was totally in line with our expectations and the description given, except on one point, that the basic amenities were well provided. With a view to spending a new stay in the area, we will come back to Benoist and Rosa's without a second thought. I would recommend their hospitality and accommodation without any problems. A little extra, the Dordogne is within walking distance (1 min on the dot).

If you want to find a drop-off point, quiet, tranquil and around the must-see places of the Dordogne, then Maryse's place is what you need. An exceptional person, who provides a comfortable home. Nothing is missing, clean and very functional. We recommend Maryse, and her place without a second thought. Thank you again very much to her.

Accommodation close to all amenities, with children a swimming pool base with slides to be located less than 10 minutes' walk. The main room is equipped with air conditioning, namely the toilet is in the bathroom where it is hot because there is a roof velux. After notifying Claire, this inconvenience will be resolved soon. The coffee doses were appreciated as well as the water, so a perfect stay thanks to the air conditioning because, outside it was 35 degrees.

Excellent stay at Laurence's! Listing is as described. The view of the Limeuil cingle is beautiful, the setting is green and peaceful. We took full advantage of the swimming pool and outdoor games available on site.

Apartment well isolated from the rest of the house. It's very quiet and peaceful. We had a pleasant stay in this apartment.

Chantal is very welcoming as well as her husband!! Only small downside is poor TV reception and wifi not easy!! Very beautiful area, beautiful places to visit and quiet accommodation

An idyllic stay by the Lot We had an absolutely enchanting stay at this beautiful little cottage. The calm and serenity of the place make it a true haven of peace. Ideal for families with children, the cottage is comfortable and private access to the Lot river is a major asset. It's perfect for swimming or just enjoying nature. Whether for a family weekend or a romantic getaway, this place is a gem. We highly recommend it and hope to come back!

Lovely hosts, who were also responsive when we needed help. Nice touches at the well-equipped property, and it’s very private too. We throughly enjoyed the garden (ripe strawberries every day!). The picturesque riverside deck at the back was a delight for swimming (depths to 2 metres) and for fishing (various species!) Our big dog loved the large, enclosed space. Description is accurate. This is a top choice if you are keen to explore Brive and this area.

This house is truly special, full of character and lovingly restored it felt like the perfect holiday escape! We loved dining outside in the garden, our children loved playing in the meadow next to the house and we all enjoyed getting to stay somewhere so different and beautiful. On a practical note, there was private parking, a high chair, cot and baby bath, a washing machine and drying rack, all the essentials in the kitchen. It was a perfect escape and a very special place to stay - close to all local amenities in Martel, but totally rural and peaceful. We all absolutely loved the river swimming beach - a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. I really recommend!

We had a nice time with our family (children of 1 and 3 years). The house is beautiful, cozily furnished and equipped with every comfort. The large garden was perfect for the children, with plenty to discover and play. There are fun activities to do in the region, which made the stay extra fun. The communication with the owner was pleasant and clear. In short: a wonderful place and definitely recommended!

We spent 2 nights as part of my sister's EVJF (7 people) and the accommodation was very suitable for a weekend with friends. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the pool and the view of the castle on the first evening (superb!!!) The setting is also incredible and the town full of charm. The accommodation was very clean, well-equipped as described. Sylvain was very available and the activity book and recommended restaurants sent were very well done and useful. To be redone 😉

A perfect stay, from the first contact to departure. A great, lovingly renovated and furnished house with a beautiful terrace in the middle of the village…. in the morning at breakfast the view of the first excursion boats and canoes, in the evening hot air balloons just above the river and village. We enjoyed many hikes and sightseeing in the immediate area and then always looked forward to "coming home" to the vacation home. The contact with Anne was nice and straightforward… everything was great and highly recommended!
