To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

From Les Magnolias it is less than a 10-minute walk to the central square of the typical bastide town of Lalinde. You will find the bakery, the butcher, a tourist office, a pleasant shopping street and old village center, supermarkets, banks and restaurants and cafes with terraces, bicycle rental at 400 meters and the weekly Thursday morning market.

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, La Maison de Marc, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.
