This lovingly restored boathouse will allow you to switch off from the modern world, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.

Old mill (PRM accessibility) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and healing, it is undoubtedly at home.

This natural and preserved site, with an enchanting panorama, is a real haven of peace and relaxation. Lovers of nature, tranquility, fishermen, hikers, mushroom pickers... all will find happiness there. 5 km from the cottage you can enjoy a beautiful lake with sandy beach, supervised swimming and water games.

On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.
