What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Ideal spot for close proximity to FCO and Rome. But in country! Lively little town very close by.

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and so unique. We especially loved the beautiful views from our patio and the restaurants nearby. Caleb was a great host and was very responsive. The cats in the area were definitely a huge bonus. We can’t wait to be back!

The farmhouse is FABULOUS! We stayed in this beautiful place with 7 people, my whole family! Each room matched the description, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets very useful in the countryside! My parents really appreciated the suite on the second floor, and the bathrooms were equipped with comfortable showers and hot water. The icing on the cake is definitely the outdoor space! The garden as far as the eye can see, the silence, the clean air... the hammock! We had a barbecue with other friends on vacation Sunday night, and the space met everyone's expectations. It was very difficult to leave the farmhouse on Monday morning, and waking up today not surrounded by nature has put even more emphasis on how wonderful our stay was! technical information: The city center is a short walk away, but like all the villages in the area, expect quite steep climbs and descents! It's still worth it! All the nearby villages are 25 minutes away by car! SUPER!

We were overwhelmed by the place. I have never stayed in a comparable apartment. The hot tub was heavenly and the village absolutely charming. All in all, an absolute recommendation that is worth every penny.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

This place is magical! It’s even better than the pictures, it’s a little oasys of green and beauty. The house is like a cozy cottage surrounded by majestic oaks, lush green and with a gorgeous sunset! There’s lots to do in the surroundings, Vitorchiano, Villa Lante, the Moutan botanical garden and more. Federica is extremely kind and responsive, she always helped and was very flexible. We loved the place and hope to come back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Delightful place, very clean swimming pool surrounded by greenery and surrounded by a garden with attention to detail. Clean and equipped with everything you need. great breakfast!

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top hosts for availability and kindness... we will be back as soon as possible.

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

The accommodation is delightful, very charming and comfortable, with stone walls and a mix of old and modern details. The location is great, it overlooks a quiet street, as soon as you open the door of the apartment the view of the square of the village is enchanting, within walking distance you can find a bar and a grocery store. Valerio gave us the information we needed and responded promptly. The only small flaw, the house is very cold in winter and you have to keep the air conditioner at a high temperature more or less fixed. Overall very pleasant and satisfying experience, we will definitely be back!

Elena is an attentive and present host. Great advice on restaurants and activities in the area. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and central. Perfect for a couple looking for relaxation and a human-scale life. If we return to Sutri, there is no doubt that Elena's Suite will be our choice. Recommended!

Nice rustic apartment surrounded by nature; peace and tranquility outside and presence of everything you need for your stay inside. Clear directions from the host to get there. Great location to reach the points of interest in the area. We had a great time, also thanks to the presence of three sweets and beautiful cats who accompanied us.

An incredible stay at a truly unique location. The castle itself was very beautiful, although finding where to meet someone to check in was confusing. We loved walking around the town and ate at several delicious restaurants in town. We felt like locals and loved seeing a less touristy side of Italy.

WOW this place is amazing! Quite possibly the most beautiful air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! The views are out of control, there are amazing restaurants right on the doorstep and the interior is spacious, comfortable and charming. The only very minor downside is that the beds are extremely firm, so someone with joint problems may find sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was top notch and the hosts were very accommodating considering our car problems and late check in. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house with an even more beautiful garden in the Italian country side! The pictures don't do it justice; the property is very large with plenty of space to play outside when the weather is nice and the view is absolutely amazing. The house is very well equipped and the host extremely friendly and helpful! We were 2 families with 3 children staying together. The place had everything we needed for the kids, they especially loved the swing in the yard and the cows on the farm next door. Only thing to beware of is that the house has a poorly secured staircase in case you have kids who love to climb. The area itself is remote and quiet, perfect for a relaxing week away. It also offers some great locations to visit nearby (besides Rome, of course) but take into account that it's usually 40min-1h drive each way wherever you go. If you stay as a couple I think it's ideal but with small kids you might need to take this into account.

Davide went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! His place was even more amazing than the photos and he provided us prosecco and flowers for our honeymoon. Great area, beautiful house, and the bed was so comfy! 10/10 stars thank you!

Palazzetto di Sotto is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Viterbo. The apartment is spacious and luminous with many windows, lovely furniture and full of interesting art, objects and books. You truly feel like you are in an Italian home. The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere in the historical centre from here. Alessandro is a wonderful host, always available and responsive.
