It was a really nice room. It was clean. The interior was delicious and a very nice bathroom with delicious products. It was super centrally located for shopping, restaurants, harbor and city life. Easy communication with the hosts and the room fully lived up to expectations according to the description on Airbnb. Great recommendation from here.

Excellent accommodation only with 3 beautiful bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. Very clear instructions and easy to get to and park. Clean with beautiful salt pool shared with the neighborhood. The bedding is perfect. We couldn't connect to the wifi but we didn't mind. There is a hot and cold water dispenser for very convenient drinks. A small coffee machine would be missing. It was not disturbing as there is a cafe next door but closed on Sundays. I would not hesitate to come back because it's really nice and original! Very friendly hosts

Simone is a very kind, precise and friendly host. Great suggestion for a great dinner nearby. The rooms are beautiful, cozy and tastefully furnished. The swimming pool is a small refreshing paradise and a good and delicious morning breakfast. Excellent location of the B&B for visiting the art cities but also for quick access to Livorno. We will keep this as a reference if we return to the area.

The Hotel Regina is a lovely jewel in the heart of Tuscany. Easy to get to by car from Florence. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished while maintaining its historic features. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The breakfast is fantastic, way beyond what one normally gets at a hotel. The host Roberto is warm, friendly, and always helpful. He also speaks perfect English! Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay.

We booked early Aug 2 at Anna & Antonello's place. Family with 3 girls 8, 17, 18 years. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained as well as the pool which is very clean. Outside there is enough playground for (small) children such as a trampoline, swing. The apartment looks neat and modern furnished. we had an apartment where the parental bedroom and that of the children (loft) were present in 1 same open space, which was in the beginning a little get used to, in the end this went fine. There is 1 balcony that you share with 2 other apartments, because everyone makes their own plan you often have the balcony at your disposal for breakfast/lunch. The location is also ideal for going to Pisa, Florence, Sienna, Livorno. All recommended with very friendly host and hostess.

Very pleasantly surprised, the place was clean and very convenient. The garden is not private but the way it is designed makes us think that we are alone. Not overlooked, small functional kitchen. I recommend it!

We stayed at Hotel Nuovo Tirreno for 3 days with our pet. Teresa was really kind and very helpful in recommending restaurants where to dine near the hotel. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the sea view, in general we were satisfied. The property is very close to the sea and is well-stocked both as restaurants and clubs for a good cocktail after dinner. We only enjoyed breakfast the last morning and it was to our liking both the sweet and the savory one. Overall positive and welcoming experience.

For our purpose of short stay it was a very good choice. The room was exactly as seen on photos, parking easy and the location at convenient distance from the city center. The room was charming and decorated with eye for detail- couldn’t wish for more!

We highly recommend Rancone Lodge. Nicky was an amazing host and helped us with late check-in and dinner after we had car hassles. The place was amazing! The room was peaceful and spotless and a perfect spot to relax. The property was gorgeous. The staff were all fun and kind and full of helpful suggestions. The area has so much to offer with beautiful villages, restaurants and hikes. Would recommend to anyone who wants a perfect break in the hills of Tuscany. Hope to come again one day soon. San Miniato is such a lovely village to visit, especially if you love good food and wine! Palazzo Essenza is the perfect place to stay, situated right in the square, close to everything, but also a peaceful place to spend a few days while you check out the local area. Antonio was super prompt with any queries and support, and the rooms are beautiful, well appointed and generously proportioned. I would highly recommend staying here.
