We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything. Communication with the host was excellent. The garden was a lovely bonus, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

It would take a dedicated space just to review Nicola, the host, too bad to just leave him 5 stars... it deserves at least 10! Friendly, professional and very nice! His way of doing made a difference in our stay, positive of course. Breakfast is fairytale and very well stocked. The property is in a very convenient and convenient location for reaching the beach and neighboring cities, being able to move by bike was the icing on the cake. Go back!

Beautiful stay, we have been traveling using Airbnb listings for several years and this was definitely the best experience. Wonderful welcome from the receptionist , not only all the staff we had the opportunity to meet, sunny, kind and welcoming. Really great experience, we recommend a lot and the value for money is absurdly perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay. See you soon The place is a stone's throw from the sea and all the comforts despite being a quiet liogo and with plenty of well-equipped space available. Easy parking.

The villa is beautiful and close to the beach, breakfast and dinner can be booked extra, which is really convenient, the staff is friendly. The only downside was that the room and bathroom are extremely small.

Wonderful agriturismo in a beautiful location. The view from the pool is stunning. The room is functional and clean. The restaurant is delicious and has a lovely atmosphere. Everyone was very kind. We loved our stay there and would definitely come back! Ideal for a family.

I'd give this place a million stars if I could. The room and bathroom were huge, views from every single window were incredible, and the property itself is just magical. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable. There's a gorgeous natural pool that I would've loved to use but it was too cold. There's a daily changing multi-course dinner menu cooked by a chef on site for evenings we didn't feel like going out to eat. The staff was harvesting olives from their trees when we were checking out. They let us participate and shared their process with us. I loved taking home a bottle of olive oil and other products they make with produce grown directly on the property. I spent three weeks traveling throughout Italy, staying a multiple places, and this was my favorite place by far. Thank you to Lorenzo and family for such an incredible stay!

We highly recommend Rancone Lodge. Nicky was an amazing host and helped us with late check-in and dinner after we had car hassles. The place was amazing! The room was peaceful and spotless and a perfect spot to relax. The property was gorgeous. The staff were all fun and kind and full of helpful suggestions. The area has so much to offer with beautiful villages, restaurants and hikes. Would recommend to anyone who wants a perfect break in the hills of Tuscany. Hope to come again one day soon. An incredible atmosphere all over the grounds. Everything was built with a lot of love for detail and you can see how much work Nicky put into this place. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

I totally enjoyed my time here. The location was perfect. The place was the feel of Italian culture with updated amenities. The manager was great as was the cleaning staff. Very responsive and helped with local amenities and places. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Nuovo Tirreno for 3 days with our pet. Teresa was really kind and very helpful in recommending restaurants where to dine near the hotel. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the sea view, in general we were satisfied. The property is very close to the sea and is well-stocked both as restaurants and clubs for a good cocktail after dinner. We only enjoyed breakfast the last morning and it was to our liking both the sweet and the savory one. Overall positive and welcoming experience.

perfect for my needs. Clear directions, quiet place. Recommended. The only thing is that the mirrors in the room are very high and it is a little difficult to see yourself, you have to climb on the bed :) but still a small thing, otherwise everything is great!

For our purpose of short stay it was a very good choice. The room was exactly as seen on photos, parking easy and the location at convenient distance from the city center. The room was charming and decorated with eye for detail- couldn’t wish for more!
