Farmstay vacation rentals in Versilia

It is our second stay in this marvellous cottage. We will be back, as the place is perfect for testing and peaceful time.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Carmen and Giorgio’s place in Tuscany! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Their hospitality was exceptional – kind, attentive, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with so much attention to detail. You can really feel the love and care that went into creating such a special space. It’s spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful, private setting surrounded by stunning nature. A real highlight is that Carmen and Giorgio produce their own olive oil from the trees on the property – and it is absolutely excellent! Be sure to try it if you have the chance. We loved every moment of our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Tuscan experience!

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

Alessandro welcomed us with great patience and kindness. A very friendly host that we will be happy to meet again next year. My daughter thanks him for finding her blanket after we left, yet another proof of his kindness.

We spent 3 fantastic days in Daniele's villa, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. We were 9 friends and the house was perfect for our stay: spacious, clean and equipped with all the comforts. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were the stars of our relaxing days, while the indoor sauna added a special touch to the evenings. The common areas are spacious and well-organized, and the outdoor porch is ideal for a barbecue. Daniele was an impeccable host: always available and attentive, he made us feel welcome right away. A stay that we recommend without hesitation, perfect for those looking for peace, comfort and a nice place to share moments with friends.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is beautifully located, high above Pistoia – about 30 minutes away – in the pleasantly cool mountains, which was ideal in the summer temperatures. Although the well-known cities of Tuscany are a little further away, the location was perfect for us. Daniele and Alessandra were very hospitable, always available and gave us many valuable tips about the area. We have grown very fond of Pistoia during this time. The combination of the quiet, natural location of the Airbnb and the lively, charming city life was just right for us. The surrounding area is ideal for motorcycle, scooter or bicycle tours: winding mountain roads, magnificent views and many small, old villages that invite you to discover. Grazie!! The hosts - Sabrina and David are amazing! Very quick to reply, and gave fantastic recommendations and helpful advice. Interhome is just the agent, so it’s much better to get Sabrina’s details. The location is stunning, the pool, the gardens, the stone houses, a lot of care and attention has gone into making it feel authentically Tuscan. They have 7 houses on-site, we stayed in a one bed apartment with a lovely terrace. The location is slightly difficult to find as it is a long way up the hillside, 4km on a gravel track. It is signposted but it goes along a windy road. You will need a rental car. But when you get there the views and privacy is worth it. The town itself is small, there’s limited restaurant choices but if you’re happy to drive, get the train info Florence (1h) or cook yourselves (plenty of kitchen amenities to do so and 3 supermarkets nearby) then it’s the place for you. Also another mention too for the stunning swimming pool!

We had a great stay, Cristina hosted us very well, she is super nice. Same as the photos, even better. It's peaceful if you want to be quiet and it's not far from the city. I recommend it.

We stayed with our three daughters (11, 14 and 14) for a week at Lina's and were totally thrilled. The apartment is in great shape and was super clean. Everything is available in terms of amenities. Lina's in-laws still live in the house, who take care of everything and are really totally accommodating, helpful and friendly. The pool is for your exclusive use and has saved us through the hot days. On the terrace, you can have a wonderful breakfast in the morning coolness and end the evening as soon as it gets a little cooler. We can highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

we spent New Year's Eve together and had a great time. the house is beautiful and reflects all the information. Elizabeth is very kind and proactive for any request or problem. highly recommended!

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

Susies AirBnb was a lovely place to stay at, I loved the wooden furniture in the apartment, the kitchen is just big enough, has everything that you need and in general the apartment is tidy and spotless. The surrounding area is very scenic, a very quiet place perfect for relaxing by the pool. Susie and her husband were very nice hosts, very friendly and happy to help out when we needed something. They also gave us recommendations for the area. Lari is definitely worth a visit for a walk around, ice cream(!) and food. The people we met in Lari were the friendliest we met on our vacation in Italy and we felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A beautiful house and location, with all the facilities you need. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had, the house was clean and tidy inside and the private garden & pool was so peaceful. We had a lovely dinner in their restaurant and were made to feel so welcome, if we return to Metato we will definitely stay here again!

Sabrina and Teresa greeted us at the gate of the villa when we arrived. Showed us around and were very responsive to us with any request during our stay. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Many laughs, great meals, wine and a wonderful Villa with everything we needed and spectacular views. Thank you Sabrina and Theresa!!

My friends and I stayed at Lisa’s for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The view is incredible and the pool was perfect to take a dip in on a hot summers day. Lisa and her husband were very friendly and knew lots about the area. The pizza oven was a real highlight for us. If we are back in Pisa we will definitely be staying here. 100% recommend!

After you have followed the path over the mountain, you are greeted by the house dog, the cat and the owner. The apartment looks like it comes from an Italian novel with beautiful furniture, books, art, and fairytale atmosfeer. We had breakfast and dinner on the terrace whilst the fireflies danced in the garden. Florence, Pisa and the beach are only a 1 hour drive away. The hosts were very friendly, responded quick and we felt very welcome. We would come again and again!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
