Condo vacation rentals in Venice

A beautiful stay in Venice and Alessandro’s place was amazing for my family’s 3 night stay in Venice . We loved the neighborhood and walking and exploring all it had to offer . Train was a 10-15 minute walk very easy . We were able to get to the Rialto Bridge area and St Marks square with an enjoyable walk and loved exploring the canals and alleys . Breathtaking. We loved the access to the vaparetto from the San Marcoula /casino stop . Great markets and cafes and gelato all nearby . Loved the local bread shop bakery 2-3 storefronts from the apartment . The apartment was more beautiful than the photos and so clean and everything you need for a perfect stay . The linens were wonderful. We look forward to our next visit to Venice and would book Alessandro’s place in a heart beat . He communicated well with us answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations when asked . Perfect

Vraiment un très bon séjour. Incroyable le nombres d’attentions pour les voyageurs. Si vous avez oublié quoi que ce soit, Sara y a pensé pour vous ( condiments , épices , café , thé , produits de soin et entretien, jouets pour les enfants, cartes , documentations touristiques…) Très proche à pied de l’arrêt de bus pour Venise . Restaurants et épicerie à deux pas . Et surtout des hôtes admirables d’une gentillesse sans nom . Nous recommandons à 120% . Nous reviendrons !

We had a wonderful stay in Venice at Nicola’s apartment on the canal! It has everything you need. A comfy bed, seating area, kitchen, bathroom and even a washing machine! Opening the windows onto the canal was really lovely, my only warning would be that there is mosquitoes at night from the canals. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

Le seul mot est parfait. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement est très bien entretenu et très bien situé. Il y'a des restaurants à deux pas (même pour le petit déjeuner). Les hôtes sont très accueillant et très réactif. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour

Had a wonderful stay, was able to walk the city and enjoy everything Venice had to offer. Apartment was clean and bigger than expected.

Maristella is a great host who answers quickly and is very supportive. We enjoyed our stay in this area. You are quick everywhere and still not in the centre where all lot of people are. There is a main street nearby where you can have good food and drinks.

This was a great place to stay - so clean and so close to the Rialto bridge. The host provided us with some insights (places to go/eat) to make our trip more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Had 2 nights in here and it went perfectly. Super friendly host, huge and clean house with beautiful terrace. There are lot of kitchenwares and basic spices to cook myself. Would visit again.

We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. L’appartement est conforme à la description Je le recommande

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Eine Hausnummer würde vielleicht nicht schaden, um die Wohnung einfacher zu finden, aber Albertos Beschreibung war sehr hilfreich, weshalb der Check-in trotz später Ankunftszeit problemlos verlief. Alberto war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, ich würde die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung. Sehr gut zu erreichen und der Check-in lief auch noch zu später Stunde völlig reibungslos ab. Die Schlüssel konnten in einem Hotel in der Nähe abgeholt werden (5min mit dem Auto entfernt). Die Kommunikation mit Residence war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr schön, sauber und gross, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sogar Kaffee und Wasser für den ersten Morgen wurde bereitgestellt. Der grosse Balkon ist toll und der Pool schön gepflegt und ruhig. Das Einzige, was uns etwas gefehlt hat, war ein Toaster. Wäre vielleicht noch eine Idee. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet, wir waren auch dankbar für die Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, das Meer, Restaurants und Läden fussläufig zu erreichen. Vielleicht wäre in Zukunft noch eine Ladestation für E-Autos in der Anlage möglich, dann wäre es noch perfekter. Wir würden die Wohnung sicher wieder buchen, toll wars!

Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen! Angefangen von der super Kommunikation über eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit allem drum und dran bis hin zu einem sehr reibungslosen Ablauf der gesamten Buchung. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert und so hatte Andrea u.a. extra noch einen Hochstuhl besorgt. Top Service und alles wie beschrieben. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Schönes Apartment Tolle Stadt mit vielen Attraktionen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

Stunningly beautiful apartment, a short walk away from the busy shopping streets yet lovely and peaceful location. Petra went out of her way to arrange for us to drop our bags as soon as we arrived by train which was really kind. Provided directions from the train station and even messaged to allow us to check out late on our leaving day. Clean, modern, comfortable, had everything we needed and really made our trip special. Alessandro’s place was spacious and quiet. He gave us great tips on what to do and not do and times to avoid certain attractions and that was very helpful. We had fun exploring all that Venice had to offer. Very nice!

Such a great AirBnb experience! The location was in a central area and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the management so helpful! They helped arranged our transportation to and from the condo which took a lot of stress off on me to figure out transfers! Highly recommend!

logement confortable et super bien placé avrc un accès très rapide aux différents points à visiter mais aussi aux magasins et restaurants. Raphaëlla est tres sympathique . Elle a été aux petits soins et nous à permis de déposer nos bagages dès notre arrivée sur Venise. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement !

Все прошло великолепно, хозяин очень отзывчив и оперативно помогал решать возникающие вопросы!) Единственный минус - мало дневного света в квартире, однако при условии что вы турист - вам не прийдется находиться дома в дневное время

Wonderful place and easy walking distance to all transport Nice and quiet area but still handy to everything.

Alessandranın evi tren istasyonuna yürüyüş mesafesinde ve iki köprü geçerek ulaşabileceğin bir muhitteydi. Ev Guglie Vapuretto hattına çok yakın konumda ve havalimanına ulaşım için gayet iyiydi. Küçük çocuğum olmasından dolayı ve valizlerle dönüş için çok düşünceliydim ama gayet iyi bir konum sayesinde hiç sorun olmadı. Ev de belirttiği her şey mevcuttu. Her soruma anında cevap verdi. Ayrıca evden ayrıldığımda nakit para unutmuştum Alessandra paranın hepsini bana geri gönderdi. Harika bir ev sahibi.

Comfortable. Convenient. Great Hosts. Mirco and Francois were both super-helpful, friendly and efficient. They always responded quickly and gave clear instructions/information. Their place is small but has all you need for a short stay. It is in a quieter, more residential area, but easily walkable to the many beautiful attractions of the city. Some visitors might find the extremely detailed and specific instructions Mirco/Francois give regarding e.g. disposal of trash, not taking furniture out to the street and so on a little pedantic. But seriously, the whole of Venice HAS to be a bit pedantic to make sure this gorgeous ancient city with it's labyrinth of narrow streets doesn't end up a dirty smelly mess that's impossible to move around in. Just take it from the guys who know and leave the AirBnB and the city as clean as you yourself would like to find it!
