Condo vacation rentals in Venice

A beautiful stay in Venice and Alessandro’s place was amazing for my family’s 3 night stay in Venice . We loved the neighborhood and walking and exploring all it had to offer . Train was a 10-15 minute walk very easy . We were able to get to the Rialto Bridge area and St Marks square with an enjoyable walk and loved exploring the canals and alleys . Breathtaking. We loved the access to the vaparetto from the San Marcoula /casino stop . Great markets and cafes and gelato all nearby . Loved the local bread shop bakery 2-3 storefronts from the apartment . The apartment was more beautiful than the photos and so clean and everything you need for a perfect stay . The linens were wonderful. We look forward to our next visit to Venice and would book Alessandro’s place in a heart beat . He communicated well with us answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations when asked . Perfect

Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for guests. If you forgot anything, Sara thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store just around the corner. And above all, admirable hosts of nameless kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

Lovely place. I would return to this apartment. we loved being close to Lido and the Beaches, as well as being tucked within a neighborhood. It's a short walk to two grocery stores, several restaurants, close to several canals.

The apartment is fully equipped! It has two very comfortable bedrooms with space to store suitcases and clothes. Besides that, there’s a great, well-equipped kitchen and the location is perfect (we were able to do everything within a few minutes’ walk). When we arrived, Daniela sent a woman to welcome us and show us how to get to the house! The house was extremely clean and well maintained. Another positive point was the host Daniela, who was always willing to help us (she even received a tennis racket I ordered on my behalf).

Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough

Maristella is a great host who answers quickly and is very supportive. We enjoyed our stay in this area. You are quick everywhere and still not in the centre where all lot of people are. There is a main street nearby where you can have good food and drinks.

The apartment was as described and has nice views. The bathroom is large. The kitchen is adequately outfitted with basic items to cook with. The one issue I had was the inability of the AC to adequately cool the unit. Venice was hotter than forecast and 79 degrees needs AC. The owner got us a fan to help keep the air moving, but the AC units just couldn't quite get the place comfortable. Apparently Italy has laws regulating your use of AC. We enjoyed the view from the shared rooftop terrace and had it all to ourselves every day. The central location close to Rialto means there's always something to do, shops, grocery store, pharmacy, bars/restaurants are all very close. The Rialto vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk and you can catch the Orange line to the airport. Check-in was easy at a nearby hotel also run by the owner and he had a hotel employee help us get our bags from the check-in to the unit which is a very short walk.

The apartment is close to Rialto bridge and many other attractions. The two bedrooms are big and the rest of the place is spacious. You can see the channel below from the bedroom window. For a short stay in Venice, it is a good deal.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

We recommend the place without hesitation! Starting from the great communication to a really exceptional apartment with everything you need to a very smooth process of the entire booking. Requests were responded to immediately and so Andrea, among other things, got an extra high chair. Great service and everything as described. We certainly weren't here the last time and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!

Nice apartment Great city with lots of attractions

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

Such a great AirBnb experience! The location was in a central area and exactly what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and the management so helpful! They helped arranged our transportation to and from the condo which took a lot of stress off on me to figure out transfers! Highly recommend!

This place was everything that you see in the photos and more. Alice was extremely quick to reply whenever we had any questions and very helpful in making sure we had the easiest time. Apartment was clean and tidy and well worth the money. We loved every minute of our stay in this apartment and Venice as a whole. Will definitely be back one day!

It was our first time in Venice, we used the airport water taxi they offered which was awesome, no hassle and took us right to our door. Don’t look any further this is perfect for 4. I would definitely stay here again.

We are from Colorado, USA and flew into Venice after 10pm/22:00. With two kids and having never traveled to Europe before, we asked Demetri how we should secure transportation. He took care of it for us and it was so smooth. Someone picked us up at the airport, took us straight to a water taxi and then Demetri walked us to the apartment. He was helpful and clear with instructions. The air condition was so nice to have and worked so well, the bathroom and shower were great and the pullout bed was perfect for our daughters. We loved the location and would highly recommend this home to others. Overall the area felt safe and was quiet, away from the night life.

This was a great place to call home! The apartment is away from the bustle of central Venice in a wonderful neighborhood - and *very* close to the biennale exhibits. It is very well appointed and impeccably clean. Silvia was our host, and she communicated kindly and clearly in advance of our arrival, greeted us at the vaporetto stop and introduced us to the apartment with great detail.
