Modern double room with ensuite bathroom

I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

A clean and functional bathroom features a bidet and a toilet, set against tiled walls. A small colorful waste bin adds a touch of vibrancy. A radiator is placed nearby, providing warmth, while the floor is covered with light blue tiles.

Venice Amazing House is set in Marghera, 700 meters from Venice Mestre Station and 10 mins away from Venice Historical center by Tram/Bus. Both Bus and Tram stop in front of the property's door. This Guest house are fitted with a TV, free Wi-Fi and parking. Air-conditioning is provided in the lobby. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 9 km away and Treviso Airport is about 20 km away from the property. Surrounded by a bar/restaurant, supermarket and parks which are only 5 meters distance.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

ORO - Lovely room with bathroom

This nicely designed bedroom with ensuite bathroom is perfectly located to discover Venice; easily reachable from the railway and bus station, it's just few steps away from a breathtaking view on the Grand Canal, and close to all the main attractions. The bedroom is at the ground floor, on a quiet little street, very silent at night. Guests can also make use of the living area on the 1st floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen shared with the guests of the other bedrooms.

A compact ensuite bathroom is shown, featuring a small shower stall with a transparent sliding door, a toilet, and a towel holder. Neutral-toned tiles create a clean look, while a radiator adds functionality.

It has a french double bed, TV, WIFI, aircon (june - september), heating, wardrobe. Clean, beautiful, convenient, charming! The place was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer. And the location in comparison to the airport was perfect for getting on an international flight early in the morning. The free shuttle is a great feature. I will say, bring your own towel as the option they had was a disposable, green friendly version that was not great. Other than that, this is a great place to stay!

This place is an amazing bargain. I unfortunately was flying the next day but the location was beautiful, I really wish I could have stayed longer and explored the amazing ground longer.

A very convenient stay close to the airport after a late flight. I would stay again if needed and recommend to others! We walked from the airport to the villa which took about 20 minutes. Thank you!
