Beachfront vacation rentals in Venezia

Bel appartement de bonne grandeur, hôte accueillante et généreuse. La localisation est superbe, à un coin de rue de la mer et la plage est magnifique. La vue du balcon est meilleure que sur les photos. Pour rejoindre Venise, il faut compter au moins une heure en autobus et en bateau l’aller retour coûte entre 25 et 28 euros.. Avec l’expérience, il vaut mieux choisir les bateaux de la même compagnie que les autobus car ils sont synchronisés et on n’attend pas entre les deux et les départs sont plus fréquents.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Sommerurlaub braucht. Sie liegt direkt angrenzend an einen schönen, schattigen Campingplatz mit Bungalows und an den Sandstrand. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es Läden, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers!

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen – und wieder voll zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Schon beim ersten Besuch letztes Jahr waren wir begeistert, und auch diesmal war alles super. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Pontosan azt kapod, ami a leírásokban szerepelt. Maria Rosa előre megkérdezte minden igényünket és be is tartotta. A kulcsot azonnal megtaláltuk, könnyű volt bejutni. Tiszta, kényelmes, családoknak és baráti társaságnak is alkalmas apartman. Kettő gyönyörű fürdőszoba és toalett. Nagy hálószobák, jól működő klima minden helységben, gyors internet, smart TV. A konyha jól felszerelt, mosógép, mosogatógép, microhullámú sütő grillfunkcióval, hatalmas hűtőszekrény, nagy fagyasztóval. Gáztűzhely, villanysütő légkeveréssel, páraelszívóval. A saját otthonodnak megfelelő kényelem. Minden nyílászárón külső redőny. 2 erkély. Parkolni ingyenesen tudsz közel az utcán. A legközelebbi tengerpart az 5 csillagos Excelsior Hotelhez tartozik és fizetős. Ha csak egy szál törölközővel mész egyet úszni, akkor nem küldenek el. Az ingyenes partszakaszok 10-15 perc sétára vannak. A waporettóhoz helyi busszal tudsz menni és a szállás elől indul a busz. Visszatérünk pár év múlva! Köszönjük Mary Rosa Guest Hosue!

Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Schon bei der Ankunft punktet sie mit einem privaten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück — direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist auch bequem per Aufzug erreichbar. Perfekt für schweres Gepäck. Dort angekommen erwartet einen eine makellos saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen: In weniger als drei Minuten erreicht man eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten – und sogar der Strand liegt nur einen Sprung entfernt. Das absolute Highlight ist der wundervoll grosse Balkon: mit traumhafter Aussicht, ruhiger Atmosphäre und sogar einem Hauch Meerblick. Wir haben uns alle in diesen Ort verliebt – der perfekte Platz, um den Tag entspannt zu beginnen und ausklingen zu lassen. Giorgia ist eine wunderbare und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die man immer erreiche kann. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sicher wieder 😊. Absolute Empfehlung für Lido di Jesolo

Appartamento in posizione strategica. Dalla fermata del traghetto di Pellestrina si prende il bus 11 che in 3 minuti ti porta alla fermata Sant'Antonio dove in 2 minuti a piedi si giunge all'alloggio di Davide. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto i suoi genitori, gentilissimi, i quali ci hanno dato anche ottimi consigli sui ristoranti da provare e sui posti da vedere. L'appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e completo di beni di prima necessità (the, caffè,moka, pentole di tutti i tipi, lenzuola, asciugamani) con un patio esterno fornito di tavolo per pranzare e ombrellone per ripararsi dal sole... una meraviglia! essendo in zona molto tranquilla si assaporano pranzi e cene all'aperto dove regna relax e silenzio.. a 2 minuti a piedi si ha un piccolo supermarket e a 5 minuti a piedi il primo bar.. poi ristoranti e tanta natura... in neanche 5 minuti si arriva anche alle spiagge. direi bellissima esperienza!

Very nice place, we arrived late at night and they stay attentive. There is a supermarket in the same building.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We will be back! Grazie

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und klasse gelegen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Insbesondere die Terrasse ist schön und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Strand sowie Restaurants, Supermärkte und eine Eisdiele sind fußläufig erreichbar. Tom ist ein guter Gastgeber - stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen! Angefangen von der super Kommunikation über eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit allem drum und dran bis hin zu einem sehr reibungslosen Ablauf der gesamten Buchung. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert und so hatte Andrea u.a. extra noch einen Hochstuhl besorgt. Top Service und alles wie beschrieben. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Schönes Apartment Tolle Stadt mit vielen Attraktionen

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Massimo vielen lieben Dank, dass wir in deiner wunderschönen tollen Wohnung hausen durften. Wir haben 4 Nächte hier verbracht und ich muss sagen, dass es bislang die beste Wohnung war, die wir über Airbnb gebucht haben. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Die Lage ist 1A wirklich. Nebendran ist gleich ein Spielplatz. Die Stadt und das Meer sind 5 min zu Fuß.Die Wohnung hat tatsächlich alles was man benötigt wirklich. Was mir nur gefehlt hat, war Olivenöl ( hätte ich mir gewünscht, wenn ich schon in Italien bin ) aber es gab Sonnenblumenöl + ein Salzstreuer ( Salz war vorhanden aber schlecht zum portionieren ) und evtl. ein Tipp von mir an Dich für den Strand extra Handtücher. Das wäre mega gewesen. Die elektronischen Geräte waren sehr sauber und denke auch nicht alt. Die Wohnung war super super sauber und sehr modern. Die Terrasse war unser Highlight. Es war alles sehr gemütlich. Für mein Sohn gab es ein Hochstuhl, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Der Parkplatz ist groß.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Unterkunft wie beschrieben, schöne Größe um mit mehreren Leuten Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Lage direkt am Wasser (ab Juni darf man allerdings keine Strandmuschel direkt dort aufbauen sondern muss mit dem Bus an den öffentlichen Strand fahren). Bei Fragen etc war Alessandro sofort zu erreichen und hat uns geholfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub am Lido, danke Alessandro!

Die Unterkunft war toll - sehr sauber und die Lage zum Meer wirklich super. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber und war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft waren sogar ein paar Getränke und Snacks vor Ort, toll falls man auch mal später ankommt und nichts mehr einkaufen kann. Auch der große überdachte Balkon ist super, da wir am ersten Tag etwas Regen hatten und die Kinder so trotzdem draußen spielen konnten. :-) Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Appartement fidèle à la description et aux photos. Alessandra était très réactive. Chouette emplacement pour visiter Venise un peu en dehors de la cohue touristique.

Die Wohnung von Giorgio war für unseren Familienurlaub genau das richtige. Die geräumigen Zimmer haben auch unserer Tochter sehr gut gefallen und wir haben unsere Zeit auf Lido sehr genossen. Giorgio ist wirklich ein toller Gastgeber!

Emanuela and Andreas were definitely super hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and communication was excellent giving us peace of mind. The apartment was wonderful in the most amazing location.

We hebben een super verblijf gehad! Alles was voor ons op loopafstand (congrescentrum maar ook de boten naar Venetië). Daarnaast was de airbnb precies zoals op de foto's en ging het contact met de hosts super!

The apartment is located in a beautiful old Villa in venetian style! The Villa has a beautiful garden with huge trees, the whole villa is in the shade of these trees. The apartment is located in the ground floor. The apartment provided everything that we all have at home, kitchen, TV, washing machine, microwave...etc. Close to the Viall is a big supermarket. The villa is also very close to the main street in Lido that provides many restaurants and gelaterias. Most important! the villa is close to the Lido S.M.E harbor. The host provided me detailed check in/out information and is available on standard communication apps like |what is up" and airbnb chat
