Apartment vacation rentals in Venezia

Third stay (of a week) in this pleasantly decorated apartment, ideally located, and especially with a magnificent terrace on the Grand Canal. Very quiet room, very quick connection with Raffaella. We'll be back next year!

We love love loved our stay here! By far the most beautiful space we stayed in on our two week trip to Italy and had everything you need to make you feel right at home. The hosts were so responsive, helpful and understanding when we had delays and were always quick to answer any questions we had about the apartment. The building was beautiful, and peacefully tucked away on Giudecca, which was nice to get a break from the crowds at the end of long travel and sightseeing days. There are some really great restaurants on the island itself, but also a quick vaporetto ride to the more touristy areas. Highly recommend this beautiful place if you're looking to take your stay in Venice to the next level, we would love to come back!

It was truly a perfect place to stay! The location was excellent, and the host was kind and very responsive. The accommodation was even cleaner and cozier than in the photos, and thanks to the thoughtful preparations, I was able to feel completely at home. The neighborhood was quiet, with great restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, making the entire trip very satisfying. If I visit again, I would definitely want to book this place once more. Highly recommended!

Great location for everything and nice quiet area

This place is in a great location, on a canal, very walkable to everything. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. It started to feel like home away from home. Maddalena was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

Wonderful apartment in a great location! It’s minutes away walking to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartment felt very cozy and had everything we needed - from a stocked kitchen, to a laundry machine, to an ironing board and more. The bathroom does have a slight smell but what can you expect being near the canals! Fabio was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions and was very kind to help us carry our luggage up the stairs during check in. Overall this is a great place and I recommend to stay here during your vacation in Venice!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! A huge thank you to Maria, Valentina and Dimitri for everything. The apartment is in a peaceful and quiet part of town. Then after a few small steps, you are by the squares, and by many places to visit. The apartment is well stocked with anything you need and very comfortable. After each day of exploring Venice our favorite part was to open the door outside to sit on the steps and sit alongside the canal facing view. We also are so appreciative of the help with coordinating water taxis’ to and from the train station upon our arrival. This is one of our favorite and memorable places we have ever stayed in and are so grateful for this family who hosted us! Until next time!

What a perfect spot in Venice! Dimitri was so incredibly helpful and arranged our seamless transport from the airport and to the train station. He was kind and proactive for our needs and just a happy, welcome face after a long flight. The house is perfectly located and comfortable. The views are probably the best of any Airbnb and you can crack the windows and listen to the gondoliers and watch them glide by. This was a perfect stay!

My family had a fantastic stay at Nicola's place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, pristine clean, and has everything to make a very comfortable home. It is situated on a quiet street facing a small canal on 2 sides. Centrally located, yet very peaceful. The host is very friendly and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this place with no reservation.

Antonella was a great host, very friendly and fast responsive. She greeted us to check in, she put some muffins and beers at home. There were plenty of shampoos and soaps in the bathroom. Towels and sheets were very clean and smell very nice. It is in the second floor but going upstairs was easy even for me :) the only problem is it was very very hot. I think it would be nicer to have mosqito nets on the windows since there were mosqitos (even she gave us mosqito repellent) and since it is in the top floor it was really hot. Living room have portable airconditioner which cools perfect but it has so much noise. And bedroom has portable fan and cooler, but at night since I could not open the window, it was very hot. The place is very clean, nice pots in the kitchen. House is huge and very comfortable. Bed an pillows were very comfortable. From the airport you take alliguna boat and it only takes 3 minutes walking from the stop to home. I suggest this home on winters, spring amd fall :)

This was a beautiful apartment in the perfect location to help make our first time in Venice incredible. Sebastian was very helpful with check in and friendly. Listen to the restaurant recommendations that he and/or Sabrina give you! Every one we tried was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.

If Diana Vreeland lived in Venice… Super classy apartment in a dreamy quiet courtyard. Giovanna met us at the vaperato stop and guided us to her sweet flat. Along the way she pointed out how to easily get around and talked about how things worked in her lovely home. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Four of us stayed here for four nights, and the apartment was perfect. It’s in an excellent location, close to major sites and the vaparetto, but quiet. The apartment has all you need and is charming, run with a personal touch. Would happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mirka’s beautifully-decorated and comfortable apartment. The apartment is in the friendly residential neighbourhood of Sant’Elena, right beside a large, beautiful park. This location is a calm, green oasis away from the crowds of tourists elsewhere on the island. All the main sights are easily accessible; Piazza San Marco is a pleasant 25-min walk away and the vaporetto (water bus) stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. You can easily travel by vaporetto to any part of the main island or to other islands like Murano or Burano. If I am lucky enough to return to Venice, I would definitely stay at Mirka’s place again!

Very spacious and perfectly placed to go explore Venice

We loved our stay here. The perfect location and Stefano it a very responsive and helpful host. This is a very large and spacious house, with every amenity you would ever need. Very close to a Co-op supermarket and easy access from the Ospedale stop on the Water Bus. Very easy walk to all of the main parts of Venice and the location works wonderfully. One tip from me, the Island of Murano is really worth a visit and you are a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop that takes you there. Lots of bathrooms/shower rooms also makes everybody's life easy when you're trying to get out of the apartment to go and explore Venice. I would happily stay here again when we return to Venice.

It was a great stay in Venice! The apartment is very well located and close to everything. Only 10 mins from the train station as well. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Amazing location and easy to access from the canals. Close to local spots and amazing recommendations from Alberto made this a wonderful stay. Close to grocery store and yet away from the large crowds so you feel like you live in the area when you stay here.

Erika was a very accommodating and responsive host. The place was very clean, spacious with all amenities. It is well located, 5 minutes' walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store a 10-minute walk away. We were welcomed by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the information and instructions necessary for accessibility to the accommodation. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

An amazing flat in an amazing location! Didn't realize it till we were there but the location just seemed uniquely beautiful - evening for a uniquely beautiful city. Being on the corner of two canals made for interesting people watching - two bridges in view as well. The neighborhood was easily accessible via the San Stae vaporetto stop and Pierantonio's assistant Christine met us and walked us to the flat - communication was easy and the intro and walk up to the neighborhood was a great way to cut our teeth, this being our first visit to Venice. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure in any future visits! Thank you Pierantonio!
