Modern double room with ensuite bathroom

I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

The room features red-patterned wallpaper and elegant Venetian furniture. A spacious bed and an additional bed are dressed with light-colored linens. A small seating area with a round table is also visible, along with a wooden door leading to another area. Natural light illuminates the space.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

ORO - Lovely room with bathroom

This nicely designed bedroom with ensuite bathroom is perfectly located to discover Venice; easily reachable from the railway and bus station, it's just few steps away from a breathtaking view on the Grand Canal, and close to all the main attractions. The bedroom is at the ground floor, on a quiet little street, very silent at night. Guests can also make use of the living area on the 1st floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen shared with the guests of the other bedrooms.

All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock).
