Loft vacation rentals in Venetian Lagoon

A beautiful and very unique apartment in a fantastic spot! Just 10 minutes from the main section of Venice and 3 minutes from the water taxi drop-off, which was a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive, and everything was seamless. Highly recommend!

Veronica’s flat is a real find and perfect for an extended stay in Venice. It was more spacious than expected and has lovely views over rooftops and canals. We were very comfortable and felt very at home. It was good to be able to buy local produce and cook in the simple but well equipped kitchen. Any problems we had were quickly sorted by Veronica’s team. I would certainly recommend this apartment to others and hope to return again sometime in the future. Thank you Veronica, Sergio and team.

We had a lovely stay with Debora and Francesco at "Tailor Made." The home is beautiful, with huge windows looking over a cozy garden. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there were extra pillows and blankets to ensure we were warm, plus mini split heaters/air conditioners both upstairs and down. Francesco was waiting for us (in the rain!) when we arrived to show us around. He and Debora were great hosts, friendly and welcoming, and gave us local tips and advice to help us have the best getaway. The daily breakfast was also absolutely delicious... we'll miss it tomorrow! We also loved the friendly cats and dog. The location was awesome. It was quiet, but with several nearby dining options including a really good pizzaria within walking distance. And it was quick and ready to get to major sights including Padua and Venice. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Thanks so much to Debora and Francesco.

Une hôte très chaleureuse et accueillante. Le logement est parfait pour un séjour en couple, avec une petite supérette et un arrêt de bus à quelques pas. À 10 minute en bus du débarcadère, aller à Venise est très simple.

Just a great stay - we stayed in Padova last year and it was nice - but this location was perfect. One block from grocery store, one block from beautiful park we stopped for aperitivo a couple of times. Walking distance to train, to Palazzo Ragione, to Prato della Valle and many good restaurants (Pinsa has best pizza in town). Wondeful large outdoor patio - could not be happier.

Das Flat hat eine eine großartige Lage in ruhiger Umgebung direkt neben der Biennale (2 Minuten). Es ist ein schönes kleines italienisches Appartment. Die Kücheneinrichtung wie Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Spüle sind nagelneu. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Was wir bemängelt haben wurde schnell behoben. Es gibt ein paar Mücken. Wir sind allergisch auf die künstlichen Mosquitopades und waren froh ein Moskitonetz für übers Bett dabei zu haben. Es war grösser als all meine früheren Hotelzimmer in Venedig. Zu unserer Jahreszeit war es schwierig Wäsche im Flat zu trocknen, da die Luft insgesamt feucht war.

Prenotato un paio di giorni prima della partenza, questo appartamento ci ha stupito in positivo su tanti aspetti. La posizione è ottima, a circa 5 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco ma in una calle tranquillissima. Le foto non rendono quanto l'appartamento sia spazioso, con un bagno grande e uno piccolino anche nella camera matrimoniale. Bella la soluzione dei due letti singoli sul soppalco, ideale anche per dei bambini. Cucina attrezzata e host sempre pronto a rispondere in tempi rapidissimi. Super consigliato per visitare Venezia.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! We loved all the space for our family of five. The outdoor terrace was lovely and the architecture in the apartment was so unique! We loved the view from the windows onto the canal and the rooftops. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Brunilda was very responsive any time we had a question. We felt like we were living like Venetian royalty in this apartment. We would highly recommend!

ciao, sono stata nella casa di Raffaella 4 giorni, e mi sono trovata benissimo, alloggio pulito e perfetto e a 5 minuti dal mare a piedi. Ci tornerò sicuramente. ☺️

Very nice Apartment, situated at the end of an alley so very quiet. Still very well connected as the next Vaporetto Station is five minutes away. Very uncomplicated check-in an communication!

Our stay in Venice was absolutely fantastic! The space itself was so beautiful and comfortable, a true oasis. What we especially loved was the perfect location – it offered a wonderful escape from the more densely populated tourist areas, allowing us to experience a quieter and more local side of Venice. Beyond the lovely apartment, David and Lilia were great hosts. They were so thoughtful, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Their local restaurant suggestions were spot on – we had some truly memorable meals thanks to their recommendations! We highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful base from which to explore Venice. Thank you, David and Lilia!

Just got back and i can honestly say it was perfect. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the host was extremely friendly and easy to get hold of and answered any questions i had quickly. The location is just perfect so close to everything. I will definitely be back thank you so much for a perfect stay xxx

Charming attic flat, even better than it looks in the photos; all the kitcheware and other oddments we could have wanted, including a vast supply of coffee pods.

Hem estat com a casa. L’apartament té tot el necessari i més per sentir-se còmode. El barri és molt tranquil, fora del tràfec de Venècia, però a només 15 minuts del Ponte dell’Accademia. Té un supermercat just al costat. Jyoti ha estat una amfitriona fantàstica, molt atenta i amable amb nosaltres.

We were guests in Sandros apartments for the second time for the Venice Film Festival, and again everything was perfect. The apartments are very nice, comfortable beds and really great bathrooms. Sandro was, as always, a great host, always answering right away and helping us with everything we needed. We especially liked the location of the place; very, very quiet, but in the other hand close to the nice Campo St. Margherita, which is more lively at night then other spots in Venice can be.
