Loft vacation rentals in Venetian Lagoon

A beautiful and very unique apartment in a fantastic spot! Just 10 minutes from the main section of Venice and 3 minutes from the water taxi drop-off, which was a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive, and everything was seamless. Highly recommend!

Veronica’s flat is a real find and perfect for an extended stay in Venice. It was more spacious than expected and has lovely views over rooftops and canals. We were very comfortable and felt very at home. It was good to be able to buy local produce and cook in the simple but well equipped kitchen. Any problems we had were quickly sorted by Veronica’s team. I would certainly recommend this apartment to others and hope to return again sometime in the future. Thank you Veronica, Sergio and team.

We had a lovely stay with Debora and Francesco at "Tailor Made." The home is beautiful, with huge windows looking over a cozy garden. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there were extra pillows and blankets to ensure we were warm, plus mini split heaters/air conditioners both upstairs and down. Francesco was waiting for us (in the rain!) when we arrived to show us around. He and Debora were great hosts, friendly and welcoming, and gave us local tips and advice to help us have the best getaway. The daily breakfast was also absolutely delicious... we'll miss it tomorrow! We also loved the friendly cats and dog. The location was awesome. It was quiet, but with several nearby dining options including a really good pizzaria within walking distance. And it was quick and ready to get to major sights including Padua and Venice. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Thanks so much to Debora and Francesco.

A very warm and welcoming host. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's stay, with a small convenience store and a bus stop a short walk away. 10 minutes by bus from the dock, going to Venice is very simple.

Just a great stay - we stayed in Padova last year and it was nice - but this location was perfect. One block from grocery store, one block from beautiful park we stopped for aperitivo a couple of times. Walking distance to train, to Palazzo Ragione, to Prato della Valle and many good restaurants (Pinsa has best pizza in town). Wondeful large outdoor patio - could not be happier.

We stayed almost a week at Franco's place and we had a great time in Padova. The unit is a ways off the center but it was convenient to have the bus stop just right outside the unit. The only challenging part was the walk to the farther bus stop with our luggages on a Sunday because the typical bus line we took didn't run on that day. But it is nothing unlike a solid italian travel experience. There's a grocery store and lots of cafe close by which was convenient. I enjoyed the outdoor patio the best. It was nice to dine outside al fresco style while still being in the privacy of your own space. Franco was responsive during our entire stay and he was kind enough to let us check in an hour earlier. Booked a couple days before departure, this apartment amazed us in many positive ways. The location is great, about a 5-minute walk to St. Mark's Square but in a very quiet street. The photos don't show how spacious the apartment is, with a large bathroom and a small one also in the double bedroom. The two single beds on the mezzanine are a nice solution, also ideal for children. Fully equipped kitchen and host always ready to respond very quickly. Super recommended for visiting Venice.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! We loved all the space for our family of five. The outdoor terrace was lovely and the architecture in the apartment was so unique! We loved the view from the windows onto the canal and the rooftops. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Brunilda was very responsive any time we had a question. We felt like we were living like Venetian royalty in this apartment. We would highly recommend!

Very nice Apartment, situated at the end of an alley so very quiet. Still very well connected as the next Vaporetto Station is five minutes away. Very uncomplicated check-in an communication!

Our stay in Venice was absolutely fantastic! The space itself was so beautiful and comfortable, a true oasis. What we especially loved was the perfect location – it offered a wonderful escape from the more densely populated tourist areas, allowing us to experience a quieter and more local side of Venice. Beyond the lovely apartment, David and Lilia were great hosts. They were so thoughtful, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Their local restaurant suggestions were spot on – we had some truly memorable meals thanks to their recommendations! Just got back and i can honestly say it was perfect. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the host was extremely friendly and easy to get hold of and answered any questions i had quickly. Charming attic flat, even better than it looks in the photos; all the kitcheware and other oddments we could have wanted, including a vast supply of coffee pods.

We've been at home. The apartment has everything you need and more to feel comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, out of Venice traffic, but only 15 minutes from the Ponte dell 'Accademia. It has a supermarket right next door. Jyoti was a great host, very responsive and kind to us.

We were guests in Sandros apartments for the second time for the Venice Film Festival, and again everything was perfect. The apartments are very nice, comfortable beds and really great bathrooms. Sandro was, as always, a great host, always answering right away and helping us with everything we needed. We especially liked the location of the place; very, very quiet, but in the other hand close to the nice Campo St. Margherita, which is more lively at night then other spots in Venice can be.
