Waterfront vacation rentals in Venetian Lagoon

This was a beautiful apartment in the perfect location to help make our first time in Venice incredible. Sebastian was very helpful with check in and friendly. Listen to the restaurant recommendations that he and/or Sabrina give you! Every one we tried was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed 6 nights in Claudia’s beautiful Venice apartment and felt right at home. It was stylish and spacious and set in a perfect quiet location close to one of the main walkways. Loved being on a canal! The bed was comfortable and found it a place to relax from the busy city. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay - an absolute gem.

This charming location was better than anticipated! Location was perfect!…away from the large crowds, close to the water for walks, great restaurants and atmosphere, neighborhood feel, felt extremely safe for a mother-daughter trip!

Iber Place is located just about every thing you would need to get to , Place is very clean and easy to find with his instructional video . He is very responsive and would recommend staying there to anyone .

I love this apartment! It’s so light and airy! Great view to wake up to in the morning overlooking the Guidecca. Also easy to get to with Vaporetto or walking. Highly recommended!

Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organized and there are two nice balconies to have breakfast outside and to hang things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being directly on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora provided us with an umbrella and two sun loungers on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 meters from the building, there is the street with all the restaurants and bars, and right nearby, there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved place under the building and get anywhere on foot. For a few days of real relaxation, it's perfect!!

Marc and Elizabeth’s space is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tidy and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable for sure, but the inspiring design is what should compel you to book. All the details make it feel very special from the terrazzo floors, to the textiles, to the thoughtful lighting. My teenaged sons will forever remember lounging in that gorgeous living room, playing chess while Gilberto Gil and John Coltrane play softly on CD in the background. Cannaregio is a perfect place to stay — away from the most crowded areas but still accessible to everything . For reference, we were able to walk to the Maritime museum on the opposite side of Venice in 30 minutes. Elizabeth was kind and her dining recommendations were spot on.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

The serene location with the most beautiful views. The home was larger than expected and beautifully decorated. Perfect to pop over to Venice for the day. Venice is too crowded to stay. We prefer relaxed areas. I will tell everyone I know to come and enjoy your lovely place. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Marco's house. It is very nice, the private garden is a very nice plus, the house is very well-maintained, well-designed, and very clean. The neighborhood is much quieter than the more touristy neighborhoods that can be easily reached on foot or by boat. Irene, who was our contact during our stay, was very attentive to our requests and informed us each time with great responsiveness and efficiency. We really enjoyed staying in Venice in this neighborhood and in Marco's house.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

Amazing and very clean waterfront apartment. Google maps don’t show accurate directions so I recommend using Apple Maps, our host was very helpful to get us to the right address. The boat station (that you take to go everywhere) is only a few min away, the area is very safe, walkable and has lots of cool spots nearby - cafes, shops, everything. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots, dishes and supplies. Hot shower, and washing machine were very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable accommodations. Clean and accurately represented on the listing. The location is a good balance of close enough to do everything Venice has to offer, but out of the way of all of the tourist congestion. We did a lot of walking, which we enjoyed. Apple Maps got us every where we wanted to go. When we were near the property we were very much in the minority as tourists, which was perfectly fine with us. Would stay here again if we’re ever blessed enough to return to Venice and will recommend it to others.

The Casetta rosa directly overlooks the canal, in a quiet, peaceful, authentic place in Venice, close to the station but away from the crowded tourist routes. A small house, on two levels, but which has everything you need to spend nice days in the city, recommended! Elena, the host, was very friendly and always responsive in communications.

Such a cute place with great views! The apartment was pretty spacious and Giacomo was very responsive and so friendly. We went to a couple of the food recommendations he left in the welcome binder which was very helpful. The shower is very small and there are a lot of stairs to carry your bags up but those were things mentioned in other reviews so those things weren’t a surprise for us. Loved staying here!

We had a lovely stay in Venice, the location was a bit further which worked we for us, it was next to one of the famous squares and we walked everywhere on the Island. It was lovely to also have a light breakfast provided and Signora Marina and her husband were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Thank you for having us.

Bruno's place is so beautiful, it truly feels like you are being welcomed into his family's home. The place is private and spacious, whilst feeling very secure. The photos don't do it justice. Bruno has thought and provided everything you would need whether it's personal cleaning amenities, breakfast (Italian coffee!), or things to help make the stay even more comfortable (citronella for the mozzies!) Bruno as a host was so friendly from the moment we booked, and was very communicative to ensure we were prepared for our stay. The big double windows facing the water are just divine to sit and read a book, or just watch people and boats go by. You can tell the home is well loved and cared for, and you will not be disappointed in booking Bruno's place.

Great place, very convenient location. Don’t leave food on the counter because of ants, but that’s not an issue to be fixed. Host was great with communication and very kind.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

If there is a 5-star rating for Airbnb's then Monica's place deserves one. Despite being nearly seven centuries old, the property is in great condition and all the services were in proper working order. Once you walk out the front door, you are in Venice with a canal with gondoliers on one side and an adjacent walkway leading to an easy ten minute stroll to St Marks. Multiple variations of boat transport are easy and close and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Monica is a fast and responsive host as well, so we had almost a perfect stay in Venice.

Amazing balcony apartment in Venice, it is our first time to visit Italy and it makes an unforgettable memory here. You can sit on the wood deck to enjoy the sun, and having beer at evening time. It is easy to access to different location by walking and enjoy the view in Venice.

I've usually been thinking a lot about booking a lot in Mestre, but I think choosing Mariangela's place was the best choice👍 The accommodation was so clean, the bedding was fluffy, and the terrace on the rooftop was so nice! The vaporetto stop was right in front, so I was able to sightsee very comfortably:) It was 10 minutes away from Santa Lucia Station, so it wasn't too uncomfortable to haul a carrier around. Check-in was helped by another host, and he was so kind! I think I will come again if I come to Benicia next time😍
