Vacation rentals with lake access in Venetian Lagoon

Martin was very friendly,reachable and understanding. The house is beautiful. We stayed there withy kids and parent in-law and enjoyed a lot. It was enough space for everybody. I will definitely recommend stay at Martinas

Perfect place to stay if you don’t mind share bathroom. We enjoyed our stay at Filippos place for one night, close to airport that suited us as we had late flight. Thank you ☺️

Sensationelle Lage direkt an der Lagune. Die Privatinsel bietet viele Möglichkeiten (Sport, Strand, Restaurants, Reiten) und das Naturschutzgebiet mit seiner Vogel- und Tierwelt direkt vor der Haustür ist fantastisch. Unbedingt die Velos mitnehmen, um die Insel und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das 3-stöckige Häuschen verfügt über einen kleinen Garten, wo man die Aussicht und die Ruhe geniessen kann. Das Haus ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Zum Glück verkauft der Supermarkt auf der Insel die wichtigsten Dinge des Alltags. (Achtung: Öffnungszeiten beachten). Wir haben es sehr genossen.

(Reisezeitraum 30.10. - 03.11.) Authentische Unterkunft am östlichen Rand der Insel direkt am Wasser; der Sonnenaufgang scheint in das Schlafzimmer; das Restaurantangebot ist überschaubar, deswegen kochten wir selbst: dafür ist alles in der Küche der Unterkunft vorhanden; ansonsten lebst du zusammen mit den Einheimischen in einem der vielen bunten Häuschen Buranos's; die Gelassenheit der Einheimischen ist dabei bewundernswert, wenn man überlegt, dass die Insel tagsüber geradezu geflutet wird von Besuchern - am Morgen (bis etwa 10/11Uhr) und am Abend (ab 17 Uhr 30 (im November)) kehrt aber die absolute Ruhe ein; ein weiterer Vorteil ist, ihr fahrt am Vormittag mit leeren Vaporettos nach Venedig oder auf andere Inseln und abends mit überschaubar gefüllten Booten zurück - ihr werdet es zu schätzen wissen, wenn ihr den Gegenverkehr seht P.S. Tolle Wohnung mit direkt angrenzender Bademöglichkeit hinter dem Garten. Die Essmöglichkeit im gedeckten Wintergarten war mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und ideal zu jeder Tageszeit. Von den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder nutzten wir eines, die restlichen haben wir selber mitgenommen, was sehr empfehlenswert ist um die Insel zu erkunden. Leo war zudem immer sofort erreichbar wenn wir ihn benötigten oder irgendwelche Fragen hatten. Unser Aufenthalt war grossartig und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Totul a fost la superlativ. Filipo a fost super, prietenos, mereu la dispoziția noastră. Ne-a pus la dispoziție gustări și băuturi. Ne-a ajutat cu transportul. Vila este grozavă, are în curte un lac cu lebede. E o minunăție să te trezești în astfel de ambient. Camere spațioase, mobilate minimalist, dar curate. Băi pe ambele niveluri, utilate cu tot ce e nevoie. Transportul de la Treviso la vilă cam greu din lipsă de taxiuri, dar nu ține de gazdă. E super dacă ai mașină. Recomand din suflet șederea la această vilă. Mulțumim, Filipo! Cu siguranță, dacă revenim la Veneția, ne om revedea! 👍

I just returned from spending a month at Filippo's place! Absolutely wonderful experience! Hoping to stay again next year! The room was as expected, great environment control, comfortable and met all my needs. They even accomodated my bicycle. Complimentary coffee/brioche at the bar down the street every morning. The property backs onto a calm river with plenty of nesting birds including swans and a variety of ducks. Nature walk down the street with the Treviso-Ostiglia bicycle/walk path that goes all the way to Treviso and over 100 km in the opposite direction. All the food and services you can think of are within less than a km away, including restaurants, cafe's, bars, Lidl grocery store, 2 pharmacies, gelato, car rental, bank, and even a laundramat around the corner. I was invited to an evening bbq with their fabulous family and friends and had a delicious, wonderful time! This past month's experience was far better than my expectations! Absolutely loved it.

From the moment of booking I received helpful and clear communication for our stay in Venice. Checking was easy to arrange with Bepi and he met us on time and explained everything to us on arrival. The apartment was as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic and easy to find and the local area was quiet but with a shop, restaurants and train station all minutes away. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. There was a light in one bathroom which didn’t work but this was fixed quickly by our host. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book the apartment again - could not fault it for what we needed on this trip.

Pasamos unos días fantásticos en el Lido de Venecia en el apartamento de Une. Éramos un grupo de 12 personas y nos instalamos muy bien. El apartamento está cerca de la parada del vaporeto (10 mins andando), lo cual, te permite moverte hasta Venecia sin problema. Nosotros buscábamos estar un poco alejados de Venecia, en una casa que nos permitiera tener algo de jardín, más amplia, pero que a su vez, estuviera bien ubicada para los traslados a las distintas excursiones que teníamos planeadas. Y la casa de Une reúne todas estas características muy bien. Es cierto, por poner alguna pequeña crítica, que alguna cama está ya algo vieja y requeriría una sustitución pero en general, todos hemos descansado bien. Por lo demás, Une y Lisa -que es quien nos recibió-, estuvieron atentas en todo momento a cualquier necesidad que nos pudo surgir. En fin, muy recomendable la casa de Une para grupos relativamente grandes que quieran tener algo más de espacio para poder visitar el encantador Véneto.

Absolutely amazing apartment! From the neighborhood, fine interior decorations, comfortable bedding and a VERY hospitable host, we couldn’t find any flaws in this flat. Highly recommend! Magalie has been a quintessential host among all the Airbnb properties we have stayed at. Our host provided recommendations on sights, restaurants, water taxi service, and more. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary this experience was in Venice because of Magalie. Highly recommend!! We plan to return to Venice and hope to stay at this incredible apartment again.

Thank you Alice for welcoming us into the apartment and sending us additional information about how to get to the airport! We felt that the hosts were very responsive and there for us if we had any other questions. The location was good - walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit and close to water taxi stations if needed. Enjoyed the canal view from the kitchen and bedroom… fun to watch the boats pass by! Very nice kitchen with espresso machine and microwave and TV was cool to have. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Tolle Unterkunft, welche genau der Beschreibung entsprach. Er hat außerdem schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Der Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse war traumhaft. Als ein Fahrrad einen platten Reifen hatte, hat er uns schnell geholfen. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Tout s est très bien passé Cavalinno est un endroit idéal pour passer son séjour. Très bel appartement à proximité de commerces . Au calme face à la lagune avec terrasses. Un endroit où l on a envie de retourner pour sur . Benedetta a été très gentille et accueillante avec nous . Merci pour tout Je recommande
