Communication with Estelle was excellent from start to finish. She was a perfect host, always willing to help when asked but otherwise discreet. Her family were also very helpful. The gite is just as described, perfectly clean and presented. The kitchen is a little tricky to get used to in a corner under the stairs but everything is in good condition and works perfectly. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable. On the very hot nights air conditioning would have been welcome though there are good fans. Near to to shopping and so many places to visit in the locality. The roads are very quiet for walking and cycling. The outdoor areas are private, absolutely peaceful, the only sounds are the breeze and birds.

House even nicer than in the pictures. Everything was comfortable, in very good condition and nothing was missing (a little extra for bathroom, toilet, kitchen and cleaning products) throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Despite the proximity of Valerie's home, we felt right at home, thanks to her discretion. The jacuzzi was really nice and well maintained.

A real favorite! Manuella's accommodation is tastefully decorated, every detail is carefully thought out. We immediately felt good there, like at home. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. An address that we recommend without so much as a second thought – thank you again Manuella!

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well hosted. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

It is a beautiful studio in a very good location, well-equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants all around and a pedestrian street with lots of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors in this street. We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was as described (or even better) in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all amenities and points of interest in the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return on a future trip to Les Sables.

Excellent stay in this studio, it has everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Hi, My parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They liked everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and came back relaxed and soothed from their stay. Which I think they'll be happy to do again. i highly recommend it.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Accommodation conveniently located near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk to downtown/swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A closed garage in the basement very convenient (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The place is peaceful and pleasant, right next to restaurants and the sea where we were able to enjoy ourselves. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a great stay. Even in high heat outside, the accommodation remains cool and we did not need air conditioning. We strongly recommend!
