We had a lovely stay with the family, the location is quiet and peaceful, a large pleasant room to live in and friendly and accommodating hosts. We were able to take our dogs there. 10-15 minutes from the city center on foot, Super U and good restaurants nearby. Excellent. 👍

superb, super warm cottage. we stayed at 13 and there is everything you need. from linens to the barbecue to the jaccuzi. If we have the chance, we will come back without hesitation. Marine is available, and very friendly. Plus the check-in time of 4 p.m. and check-out before 7 p.m. are quite comfortable.

Excellent stay at Frédéric's place: "cozy", very well equipped and arranged, good location with the quiet outdoor space which is a real plus. Parking in a secure place; possibility to put the bikes near the terrace and possibly recharge them (VAE) Possibility to cycle from the accommodation to go to Les Sables d'Olonne, see further on the Vélodyssée (whether to the north or south) Very friendly welcome and immediate responsiveness from Frédéric. Overall we were fully satisfied and recommend this listing without reservation

Thanks to Aurélie for a pleasant stay! The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

Place to remember for its tranquility, its proximity to shops, 800M from the ocean.

We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment and good location. The activities at Lake Bourgenay were great for the kids. Only downside but not within Mireille's jurisdiction, the large slides of the pool were closed "because low season". However, the pool was very busy, which is a shame. But the pool water had the merit of being heated. The mini golf nearby is very nice. We also enjoyed the electric boats, the welcome in the restaurants and the nearby beach. To be repeated!

The accommodation matches the description in the listing, bright, functional apartment in a quiet environment. Its geographical location allows you to visit everything on foot and no longer use your vehicle. Chantal and Michel responded quickly to our requests and were very responsive. We have 4 top days at the estate. The mobile home is very well equipped and we were able to enjoy all the family activities of the campsite. The law is quiet and nature and the bikes have a real plus . A real soothing moment of relaxation for everyone

Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the opportunity to go and see the animals, pick a strawberry or collect an egg... Great value for money!!!

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
