Very good stay, nice well thought out place, close to the beach and shops. i would recommend this place.

Very good location, between the beach and the Vendée Globe port. Picking up the keys is very simple with a lockbox and very clear directions. The apartment has its charm. Everything is functional. And perfect for people no taller than 1.80 m ;)

We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Very good stay. The house is even nicer in real life. And what about the jacuzzi which is the real plus. Indeed, complicated to understand but it's an excellent reason to disconnect with the sea right across the street. Very welcoming and attentive host. Thank you.

We have been to Sarah's house several times because it has everything you need for a perfect stay. Everything is tidy, clean, the rooms are large and bright. The area is quiet, but in the surroundings there is everything you need for shopping and going out for a drink. In addition, Sarah is the best host, she is very friendly and is always attentive to the needs of her guests. It's a pleasure to visit Sainte Hermine when we have Sarah and her beautiful house.

We had a great time at this tastefully decorated home. The space is bright, comfortable, and the materials chosen are of very high quality, which gives a real feeling of well-being and luxury. Everything is perfectly thought out for a pleasant time. The appetizer board was generous and tasty, a nice touch on arrival. We would definitely recommend this place and will gladly go back!

Quiet and very close to a beautiful beach. Comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped, even if you’re planning a dinner party. Linen provided was very clean and good quality. Quite a long walk to the town centre, but it is a pleasant walk.

The house is in a great location, in a quiet area with a very friendly neighborhood. Communication has been seamless and the listing is accurate to the presentation. This is the perfect house to enjoy Bretignolles, I would highly recommend it!

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

A beautiful apartment developing a very beautiful surface, allowing 7 people to stay without stepping on it. With 3 bathrooms, and a breathtaking terrace, the apartment is perfect for staying on vacation and is clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Accommodation as described, very comfortable, beautiful terrace with magnificent views. Very comfortable bedding. Rest assured if that is the goal. We also enjoyed the long walks by the waterfront, the calm and at the same time not far from the amenities. Hélène is very nice, friendly and sets to 4 to satisfy us and David is very responsive.
