The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

(in a neighborhood called: "the window" in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez) Due to its location, many tourist outings are available to you: the beaches (5 minutes by car), the marshes, the forests, the port, the islands... (Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier) castles (Commequiers, etc.) Nearby: train station (3 km), aquatic center, casino, bowling, festivals...

Take a break and unwind in our haven of greenery. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the countryside, in our outbuilding located between Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin and Futuroscope! Our outbuilding has a private entrance, with a bedroom, a kitchen as well as a washing machine, and a bathroom with its toilet. You can enjoy a soothing view, and an outdoor table for your meals! Welcome home, 15 minutes from the beaches! We have chosen to develop an independent suite that is part of our house to welcome you and allow you to visit our beautiful region. Inside your home, everything is designed so you can make yourself at home. We will welcome you to a recent 60 m² accommodation, south facing, in a quiet subdivision. A closed location is provided to park your vehicle.
