With a lot of love for detail, renovated 3 1/2-room apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Engadine house in a quiet, central and sunny location. The village centre of Scuol and the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars are only a 15-minute walk away. 2 reserved parking spaces are available in front of the separate entrance to the house. The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sunny island offers a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountain world. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge here, which invites you to linger. After the comprehensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom was comprehensively renovated, partially redesigned and newly furnished. The state-of-the-art kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a new massage shower. Flat-screen TV, hi-fi system and DVD player are just as natural as the free Wi-Fi. The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).
