We were able to enjoy relaxing days in your wonderful, rustic house, right on the lake. We particularly liked that there was a toilet on each floor and mosquito nets on each window. Giulia was very friendly and available at all times... Thank you 👍

Very nice house with everything you need and a great garden. Very good location. Quickly at the lake. There were 4 of us with our dog. The only annoying thing was the 4 dogs in the neighbor's kennel, who often barked. Otherwise great.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Lidia's place in Lake Como. The home was charming, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip! Lidia was kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local restaurants, ferry routes, and places to explore around the lake. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Lake Como trip so special!

Dream and charming place, amazing views and very well equipped. the garden and the terraces are magical. the house has been refurbished with very high standards, like a family home. the lake is to be seen from every widow, from a peaceful small village. it is important to note that you need to be in shape as there are a short uphill climbing for a few minutes from the parking lot, but it worth every effort!!! and eva is very kind, many thanks for the great holiday !!

What a view! You could easily spend the whole time looking at the lake and mountains. There was plenty of space even for our group of seven. The kitchen was very well appointed (we could bake a cake!!) although we couldn’t find a kettle. The garage could only just fit our BMW estate but there is more public parking up the hill. The house is also very lovely, although there are many stairs! We ended up driving a lot since it was quite steep but there is a good pizzeria and beach that is about a 10 min walk to the lake. Overall, a fabulous stay in a great place!

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

Really nice villa with a superb view over Bludenz. Support from the owner and their service company was outstanding. We had, or at least we thought we had, issues with the heating and the dishwasher, both were fixed on the same day. Nice and friendly team.

What an absolutely beautiful location and home right along the shore of Lake Como. We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts from Iwona meeting us and the stocked refrigerator. Iwona gave us recommendations for places to eat in the area and was very helpful our entire stay. We were there off season so the weather wasn’t as pristine but the location and views made up for it. The home is very unique with plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Lake Como and hope to visit again during the summer so we can enjoy all of the amenities!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

We were 6 people with 2 dogs and spent very relaxing and relaxing days in the Villa Erica. The house is on a very spacious property with its own pool and an outdoor kitchen right next to it. The lake can also be reached on foot from the property by a short forest path. We felt very comfortable and both Stefania and Luca the owner were very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

With a group of friends, we started the new year at Villa Sciamina. The house is very nice and has a great view over Lagio Maggiore. Oscar was very friendly & was also very flexible regarding arrival/departure times. It was a great experience!

My family and I, along with another family who are good friends of ours, stayed at Case Cima for 3 nights. It was 8 of us total, and it was overall a great stay. The house is fantastic, the pool area is super nice, and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to be comfortable. The views are spectacular, which makes the long, steep driveway more than worth it, especially if you have a car, as it is not that difficult to go up if you have an automatic. The only negative thing that we experienced was the hot water stopped working the day before we left. We didn’t notice until some people tried to take showers, and by then it was already late at night, so we didn’t think it was necessary to notify the owner since we all didn’t mind taking cold showers, and we were leaving the next day. Honestly, the house is so amazing that we weren’t really that bothered about it at all.

This villa was very special. I highly recommend staying here. It’s even better than the pictures, which almost never happens. It was so peaceful here. The outdoor area was beautiful and we loved using the hot tub every day. Everything was super clean and we all had plenty of room and privacy since it’s 2 separate living areas. The hosts were super sweet and helpful. Also, the restaurant next door is absolutely delicious. Seriously, book a vacay here! You’ll love it!
