Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Valencian Community

Excellent place, fully equipped. 2 clean bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, large living space and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bonus of washing machine, dryer and iron. All cleaning products provided so we could keep the apartment clean and tidy. Loads of extra bedding and towels provided. Excellent location, walking distance to Ciudad de las Artes Las Ciencias. Bus stop to all locations outside apartment. Plenty of local restaurants and places to purchase groceries within walking distance. The swimming pool was clean and greatly appreciated. Private and not at all busy. Many times it was just our family using it. We highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family!

We slept 4 nights in Ilaria's appartement, just 10 minutes away from the Torres de Serranos. Everything was fine, the appartement was very clean and had all the equipment one needs to have a relaxed stay including an anti-hair-frizz treatment box;) very nice for the ladies! There is an espresso coffe machine with coffe pads already there and a little balcony to watch the local scene going on which was very authentic and we liked it. The historic centre is right across the bridge, only 10 min. walking distance. Although the appartment is located in an appartment block with other flats, it was very quiet and we had a nice sleep. We can recommend Ilarias appartement and the beautiful city Valencia with it's historic centre but also the modern part close to the ocean. Hope to see you soon! Silvia, Oskar + Ines.

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect in many ways.... location, peaceful, restaurants, bars, tram, bus to airport nearby, shortwalk to high street shops and very close to amazing Mercat Central d'Alacant. Everything that you might need was considered and available in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. The temperature control and fan in bedroom worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and easy to find, with clear and helpful instructions provided. Check-in was incredibly flexible, which made the whole arrival process stress-free. The hostess was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. A genuinely great experience from start to finish and so peaceful!

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

We hadden wat problemen om binnen te geraken, maar bureau reageerde direct en heeft ons via video bellen binnengeloodst! Op de 2de dag hadden we geen warm water, bureau reageerde direct en was binnen een klein uur opgelost! Alles was picobello in orde! Een dikke aanrader 💯💯💯

A great, modern apartment which served as a perfect base for the Valencia marathon. Good transport links nearby (the bus) to the centre of Valencia and very easy check in - would definitely recommend!

Une belle surprise ce logement. Au coeur d’alicante Facile d’accès L’entré de l’immeuble et les espaces en commun sont à l’aire du temps, le hall à la New-yorkaise Le sous-sol avec son espace laverie/séchoir reste tres pratique surtout quand on voyage un bébé comme moi. Quant au logement, il est très moderne bien agencé. Tout les équipements pour bébé sont présents, un vrai plus (lit bébé, chaise haute et baignoire) De belles portes fenêtres, de beaux volumes Ni trop petit ni trop grand Tout était neuf, propre et fonctionnel ce qui est rare à trouver surtout à Alicante (centre) Le lit est confortable La salle de bain spacieuse et pratique (meme pour les personnes à mobilité réduite) la douchette au WC. La cerise c’est l’endroit, tout est à proximité, rue très mouvementée pendant la journée et le soir on oublie complètement qu’on est en plein centre. Merci à Dmitry qui a été présent gentil et réactif. Je reviendrai certainement. Merci encore

Pim is quite nice and warmhearted! We had nice conversations and he shared few interesting stories. The room and all facilities were great and convenient!

Fabiana was a great host, very responsive and friendly. The room is as described, and the surroundings are beautiful! Very easy to get to by bus, and there is a shop/restaurant nearby for the basics. The beach and the nature reserve are just minutes away, it's perfectly located. Overall great value for money.

Ich bin sehr dankbar dort gewesen zu sein!! Fabiana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und die Wohnung schön und sauber. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, wenn man die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchte. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es die Möglichkeit günstig ein Fahrrad zu leihen und damit das Naturschutzgebiet zu erkunden. In ca. 45-55 min kann man aber auch in die Stadt Valenica reinfahren - ganz entspannt auf einem schönen Fahrradweg. Der Blick von der Wohnung aus hat mich sehr begeistert! Es ist einfach wunderschön und meine beste Empfehlung geht raus 🚀!
