It is a very cozy, independent studio, rural style, close to the sea and with all the amenities. Private entrance with bathroom, bedroom (cold/hot air) and living room (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Outdoor area with parking, terrace, garden and barbecue. On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.

On a 1,500 m2 Chalet Roquetes plot on the edge of the beach and the sea, apartment with terrace and direct access to the beach and the sea, quiet, relaxing, watching the sunrise every day in front of the apartment and from the double bed, an exclusive place to enjoy. For 2 adults, no children, no pets, only 2 adults. We have private parking inside the plot, for vehicles less than 4 meters long, with prior reservation, the rate is 12 euros per day.
