Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

Leonard's place was amazing! Super easy to find and on a beautiful street too. Would recommend!

This place is really nice. Casa Azul by the sea. A lovely cottage. We felt at home and there is a good energy. We have relaxed and our creativity blossomed. Natalia is a super positive creative energetic hospitable host. Also an ideal place for our dogs. We would love to come back.

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

Beautiful house in the heart of Altea Old Town close all the bars & restaurants. Split over 4 levels with great sea view from lounge & terrace on top floor. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the old town.

Very warm house, the host thoughtfully equipped everything you need for daily life, as well as things you may need to go to the beach, except the internet is a little unstable, everything is very good, the host is patient and friendly, very responsive, let us leave good memories in Alicante

Mitzi's flat was gorgeous - so comfy and well equipped with everything you needed to have a great stay. We loved the balconies!

House was very good had everyting we needed . Good communication from Elena . House was very clean and bright , the roof terrace was great for sunbathing. would use again.

Loved the location - easy tram to Alicante. So close the the beach! Pool was amazing - very quiet - barely anyone else using the pool when we were there. Host had tennis rackets and ball so we were able to have a hit at tennis. Loved the private courtyard - great sun loungers. Air conditioning throughout but the house was cool enough without it whilst we were there. We were a late check in which we paid extra 30euro for but this was very clearly communicated with us by the host quickly after booking. We had a very comfortable stay and would happily return.

Fabulous home with amazing ocean views. A very nice welcome from the hosts who have been waiting whenever we have needed them. The house is fully equipped and very clean. A quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

It's a really very nice place to stay. Great furniture and lovingly furnished. The house has 2 beautiful terraces and a pool. You can hear the traffic.

We visited this place with my wife and two small kids in February. It is a fantastic place for people who value peace, closeness to nature and beautiful views. From the very beginning the host was very helpful and communication went smoothly. The house is very spacious, well-sunlit, clean, ideal for relaxation. To get around the area well, a car is required.

Andrew was a very helpful host and I was able to check in and leave a bit earlier/later than advertised.

The stay at Viktória's was great. The place was spotless and well thought with everything needed. Great communication, a bottle of wine to welcome her guests (with a wee fridge magnet) and easy check in. The beach is really closed, easy to find a place to park and you can find something to eat very very easily around the area. I do recommend. Thank you again :)

Benjamin’s Town House was just perfect in every way! Communication was excellent and it was very easy to find. The location was spot on as it was near everything. It was an easy walk to the Old Town, bars, restaurants and also the beach, but it was so quiet at night and we all slept so well in beautiful air conditioned bedrooms. There was so much space in his house and we loved the decor where the old mixed with the new and the room and terrace on the top floor was magical and the view exceptional-a real sanctuary! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We recommend this spacious and very clean space 200/100. Listing photos are as described. We stayed there for a week and were very satisfied. I highly recommend it for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host, he deserves much more than 5 stars: lovely, attentive, he ordered a crib and a kettle for us on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he hosted us very well in his accommodation. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks again Roberto and hope to talk to you soon.

We had a great stay at Marina. The apartment is not large but perfect for 2 adults and possibly a child. Anything you need is present. Herbs, detergent, cleaning supplies, olive oil, there was a large bottle of water ready for us. The apartment was neat and very clean, which is very important to me. The bedroom is pleasant especially because there is air conditioning. The roof terrace is nice to sit on when you come back from your activity of the day in the afternoon and in the evening after dinner. We absolutely enjoyed and will definitely book with her again in the future if we are in the area.

Wow!! Marinas place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless, decorated beautifully and we had all we needed for our short stay. Marina was very quick to reply to questions and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The property itself has a beautiful front garden perfect for relaxing in the sun or to be able to eat outside. The seating area on the balcony was also very lovely as was the bottom patio with deck chairs. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool very clean. There is nothing I can fault on this property. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to visit again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay in this charming house in the Old town of Denia. Everything was exactly as described and the host was very friendly and quick when responding. We would love to come back.

We had a very beautiful and peaceful time at Casa Leon. The rooms are great and the location was perfect to take my 87 year old mum away to. Particularly, the view from the balcony of the palm trees and the mountain was quite spectacular and we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets from there. The pool was well maintained and just the right size and we could walk easily to the beach (10 mins max) and the supermarket and restaurants there. We didn’t need to hire a car for this holiday. An idyllic time. Thankyou!
