Lovely views very clean and well equipped villa

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

Very nice fully renovated/re-built town house on two floors. The upper floor is like a big en-suite bedroom and living room. Nice courtyard in the back to sit and relax. Free street parking available. Clean and well equipped apartment. Location is walkable from town center (restaurants, shops), beaches 10-15 minutes by car. Furnishing above-average quality (unusual for airbnb). Friendly owners living close by. We have enjoyed our stay and shall repeat it if the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.

The apartment is spectacular, huge, with lots of light. Everything was super clean and the decor was modern. In addition, the apartment is in a great location in the shopping area and full of restaurants. Gonzalo is a 10-star host. He briefly explained the area we were in and helped us find our way around. It was thoughtful of him to leave us breakfast. A 10 for our stay, to repeat if we return to Valencia.

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

A great place to stay close to the beach. Pros: -lots of amenities included -very clean and comfortable -close to beach and manly types of transport. Cons: -there is currently construction happening next door, so there is drilling noises during the day inside the house.

A very pleasant three-night stay. We really appreciated the detail of finding things for breakfast, fresh drinks, coffee... the apartment is nice, the beds comfortable. Everything is very clean. If we ever return to Gandia, we will repeat!

We are sooo happy with our accommodation and our stay even though we had rain one day that made us not use the conservatory so much that is so cozy. Super smooth check-in and very good apartment that we are happy to return to. We also liked the area that we experienced as the best of all the places we visited in Valencia. Plus, it was quick to get around in the city, we walked most of the time. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Valencia.

Emiliano's apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and feels more like a real home. Great extras are, for example, the water filter. The apartment is centrally located in the old town of Valencia, within walking distance of Mercat Central and many attractions. Emiliano is an attentive and helpful host who impresses with clear instructions and fast communication. The surroundings can look a bit special in places, but did not negatively affect our stay – overall a clear recommendation!

The accommodation is great. Nika and her mother Maria and the husband are extremely nice and open-minded. The location is central and by car you can easily reach the old town, beach, harbor in a short time. Breakfast was sufficient and very cozy to enjoy on the terrace. Carolina has a beautiful authentic house. The arrangement is really Spanish and with beautiful details. You can also see Carolina's creativity in the decor. The house is spacious and warm. The terrace, garden, is wonderful. We walked a lot, for beautiful walks you have to drive a bit, but that's very worth it. We had a fantastic month at the house, thank you Carolina!

I spent four days at Beni's house. Everything was perfect! Very clean house, very comfortable bed. Beni is really a nice person. It was nice to talk to him. Always available, he makes you feel right at home.

We were very at ease, everything is very clean and the breakfast is nice! 20 minutes from most areas of interest in the Delta. Highly recommended!
