Vacation rentals with a sauna in Valencian Community

the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

The accommodation is very complete,you have to do everything from rest to having a few games to the villar,like to hit a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi and the cleanliness is 10.The beds are very comfortable we will repeat in other times everything perfect.

A lovely apartment in a quiet area very close to Benidorm. The local beach is a few minutes walk away and is lovely. The apartment was perfect, clean and very comfortable. Teresa was very fast to answer any queries. All in all an excellent place to stay.

The apartment was beautiful! The Pictures don’t do it justice and it was spotless! It was super spacey and benefited from lovely outdoor space which was perfect for a morning cuppa! They had lot of extra little touches including some cosmetics for the bathroom and pool accessories.the complex its self was also beautiful and again super clear and well looked after - it also benefited from an outdoor pool bar which is perfect for drinks and food it you don’t want to cook! Excellent value for money and would highly recommend - 100 percent worth a stay!

Beautiful apartment, great location. It has everything you need, a great view. The terrace is very large and cozy. It's well worth it.

The apartment is exactly as shown, very spacious, comfortable furniture and clean. Everything you need for cooking, washing machine, beach umbrella. I enjoyed the furniture on the balcony the most, sitting staring out to sea every day was very relaxing. Magdalena was a fabulous host and super quick to reply to messages. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi too. We will be back for sure.

A very comfy and well equipped house!

Excellent welcome from Vicente. Impeccable apartment with everything you need (shower gel, dish soap, aluminum paper, toilet paper,...: we didn't have to buy anything). A bottle of fresh wine was waiting for us. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality. In short, a place to recommend unreservedly.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable mattress is worth mentioning - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer a magnificent view. The presence of a car is very useful because of the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended vacation home!!

A very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and it was very well equipped. The host and her son are very friendly and attentive to everything. Close to the beach, a 10-minute walk and a very quiet area. The development is a 10, with all the care. It's a place I'd repeat without hesitation.

Bert's apartment is perfect, my partner and I stayed to rest, the urbanization is very quiet, has very good views, very comfortable furniture, and the apartment is fully equipped, from table toys to incredible binoculars with which we saw the sea and the mountains perfectly. The only bad spots that would put it are, the shortage of shops nearby and the distance to the center. Something that we both agreed, is that in person the apartment is much better than in the photos, and we hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

The experience starts from the first contact with Abdelhakim. He was very attentive, and kind, he responded very quickly to our inquiries, we were really well taken care of. Upon arrival Maria welcomed us warmly, guided us, and showed us the apartment. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place, this is definitely the ideal place. The apartment has everything you need in utensils, a perfect terrace for breakfast and to hang out, the common areas are great (the neighbors are even very friendly), we felt at home. Very close to the Consum supermarket for shopping, 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants just as close. We will definitely be back.

Amazing few days away with my business partner for a well deserved break away from the craziness of business. Sergio was super, an amazing place to stay with everything you need in the complex itself. The pool bar gym & pools are amazing to have, very private. The roof top solarium is a treat with amazing sea views. Will definitely be back, we had a issue with our rental car and Sergio was quick to respond when we needed recommendations for a local mechanic Thanks again Sergio

We had the most amazing stay at Maria and Marta's home. The views were spectacular and it was such a relaxing environment. We loved how much there was to do close by as well. The home had everything that we needed. the outdoor kitchen was a particular highlight, especially this area with the carbonero (it's name is great tit in the UK), nesting inside the trunk of Carob tree, which was an extra treat to witness. Maria and Marta were very helpful and accommodating. The perfect stay in a beautiful location!

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We had a great stay at Villa Sisu, the hosts were very flexible and responsive accommodating our late arrival and early departure. the villa was very clean and well equipped. It has all the features that makes a stay relaxing.

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair. We only spent one night but it was great, the accommodation was perfect and Roberto was charming and helped us at all times, we will be back!

We have been 7 people now at the end of May, and everything has been as described and as I have seen that they provide comments from other people. A good stay, huge rooms, good communication with the host. A clean, cozy and spacious place in a really quiet place. Several of us in the group commented that we had slept very well.

When we arrived we meet with Maike, who showed us the place and listed a few spots in the area, and a taxi service if needed, the Villa was lovely and had everything needed, the kids loved the pool and the downstairs pool table and gym. It's in a quite spot away from traffic, the rooftop has a lovely view into Benidorm. It's about 15 minute walk to the town which we did not mind as it was a lovely week, you can call a taxi cost between 6 to 8 euro. Overall it was a lovely holiday, great Villa and would recommand to anyone.
