Loft vacation rentals in Valencian Community

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Pucol. The space was clean, comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area!

Kath’s place is wonderful. The neighborhood is perfect and there are so many lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance it’s crazy. The place is quite large with multiple bathrooms which is great. The main train station is a 10 minute easy walk as well. Kath is super friendly and a great communicator. Always very responsive. I cannot say enough about her apartment. This is our second time there and will definitely be back again. Please do not hesitate to book this one. You will not regret it.

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

I stayed 2 1/2 weeks in the loft. Overall it was a great place to stay. Below at the many pros and only one con. Pros- Location- Amazing view of the ocean from the loft Short walk to the beach and tram Restuarant in the building 20 minute walk to supermarket and restaurants 40 minute walk to city on trail along the ocean Extras- Lots of spices, coffee, teas and other food in the loft Shopping bags, beach chairs, laundry detergent, Cons- Can be noisy at times. Often heard the nextdoor neighbor.

In an incredible area, great flat with a nice terrace if you don’t mind ducking through a window. Definitely plan to maximize time outside the flat or commit to climbing 5 flights of stairs one way quite often ;)

The accommodation is well equipped. The terrace is lovely. Only small inconvenience for a solo traveler, TV does not give access to channels in French. For the location, you can walk to the center in 30 minutes. The city is flat, it's nice. In addition, there are small shops nearby.

The loft was great. It was clean and welcoming. Rosa (and her mother) were superb hosts. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The neighborhood is a great place to stay in Valencia, especially during easter week, as there are lots of interesting processions happening. All main sights and the historic city center are easy to reach via bus, or Uber. Many great restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by foot, Rosa gave us some recommendations.

Maria Carolina's accommodation is very well located, with the beach a few meters away and unbeatable views. The house has all the amenities and you can see that it is well cared for. The only point would be that the community pool was not available due to construction and we were not notified. However, the experience, in general, was very positive. Recommended.

The loft was exactly what we needed for a few days in Alicante... great location to get around..close to the beach and the centre...there is a tram stop just 5minutes away if u wanted to travel around a bit which was Ideal for our trip. the place is lovely and clean... we had read previous reviews about it being quite bright in the morning so we packed sleep eye masks and that did the trick! the shower was lovely the drainage could be a little better but was not as bad as some of the reviews had stated. Fantastic kitchen to cook in and generally a huge space for 2 people! communication was great with the owners.. sent us information about the area and suggested somewhere to leave our luggage on the day we checked out as our flight was later that day...also we where able to check in earlier.. would highly recommend!

Flawless accommodation, great location close to the center, modern and clean. In addition, the host is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. I would highly recommend it

Our stay was pleasant. The place is just as it appears in the photos, well located a few minutes from downtown and places of interest. Angelica was very attentive and quick to respond to our messages. We would definitely go back

Just back from a week’s stay in this unique “loft” studio/apartment. The amazing transformation of this garage space to a very comfortable studio flat is amazing. It’s exactly as described. We like to explore different areas and so this was perfect for us as a base and we could access the nearby beach and brilliant local trams system. Our hosts Iago & Alba were great and also they live nearby so if we had any questions we could chat to them about it. Shout out to Cafe del Mar - great pizza and also we really recommend a trip along to Villa Joiosa on the tram towards Benidorm. Beautiful town. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved Javi’s apartment. It’s bigger than it looks and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided including a useful list of great recommendations in the area. There was enough storage, the space is well thought through. Javi was helpful and we would stay again.
