We had a great stay. Great loft! There are good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, the train is within walking distance and you can quickly get to downtown Valencia. The ideal house to enjoy. Very good interior layout and spacious, large bathrooms and comfortable beds, super equipped kitchen and the outside is beyond words, pool at the foot of the kitchen, huge gazebo and a building with barbecue and foosball, also equipped with a ceramic stove and gas paella pan. It's not missing a detail. In this case, we enjoy it with friends, but it is also ideal for families, as it has a park. Ideal and super attentive service from the hosts, they also left us prepared logs, towels in each room and in the pool and a welcome with a bottle of wine and chocolates. If you have the chance to visit them, you'll love it!

Tamara made us feel welcome via text before we even arrived. She was these to greet us and always responsive when we needed to ask anything. The place was perfect and exactly as the listing. Lots of special touches and totally private and tranquil. Would highly recommend staying here, great location, value and home from home ❤️

Everything was very simple with Daniela, the apartment suited the photos posted, it was very clean and quiet. It has a pool in the attic that is a delightful one. We had a great weekend and Daniela was a perfect host! I recommend it 100%!!!

Everything is within walking distance, the castle, the promenade, the beach, the many restaurants, the port and the shopping center. My flight was at the end of the afternoon and I got the service to use the apartment until 14.30. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

The house was in perfect condition. Communication with host was great. The host was punctual and attentive at check-in time. We explained the whole area perfectly, offering beach tools even!! In addition to the spaciousness of the house, it has a terrace with barbecue, another terrace, a roof with views and a pool. We had 7 people (2 families) and we had 2 full baths with shower/tub. The host made available to us a set of full sheets, towels and other supplies. The house is in an accessible area. You have restaurants, supermarkets and other services in the area. The beach is 5 mins. There is also dog beach near the sand house to be with your family. The overall experience was perfect, I felt right at home. Would recommend to anyone to book this house.

The great place, we enjoyed the pool despite the weather. Peace of mind, which was what we were looking for. They are super attentive and discreet. We missed a deck, both because of the sun and the rain, but we resolved very well. Recommended to my friends.

A hidden gem in St. John. The house is perfect for spending a few quiet days. With more than enough space for the 7 we have been. 5 minute drive to the beach and multiple restaurants and leisure. Good communication with the host. Highly recommended.
