Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Valencian Community

We will definitely repeat, the house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need inside to spend a few spectacular days of rest in a beautiful area with phenomenal views. Gareth has been attentive and is a very friendly and polite person, which makes you want to come back. I would only add one thing to make everything perfect, and that would be a table and chairs to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful garden that the property has. Other than that, everything was perfect. See you next time, Gareth!

We have been in the house for 4 days, very comfortable, we would definitely repeat. Quiet accommodation with all amenities. If I had to mention a drawback, it's that the mattresses on the single beds were very hard, the jets in the jacuzzi didn't work, and despite lowering the window slats and closing the curtains in the rooms, a lot of light still came in and it was hard to sleep. This doesn't change how good we were, that's why we give 5⭐️.

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

We were 3 ladies, on a 4 night trip, and Jordi's apartment was perfect for us. It's in a relatively peaceful neighbourhood but has an amazing cafe for breakfast on the corner, a big supermarket on the same block, a row of bars and restaurants just across the road, and is 20 mins into the centre of the old town. Jordi was a brilliant host: from the PDF sent at the time of the booking with all his local recommendations, to his offer of early check-in/late check-out as he didn't have bookings either side of ours. This meant that we really got to enjoy our last day in Valencia instead of lugging our suitcases around until our evening flight. It's in a very striking building, and it's green turrets making it easy to spot from quite a distance a way. Quite handy for those of us, who are navigationally challenged. Valencia is a city that has everything. I'd go back for another visit and I'd stay at this place whenever I do.

Julie was a fantastic host and helped us a lot at check-in and during our stay. She gave us plenty of local recommendations and made us feel right at home. The location is quiet and serene and the property is beautiful and well-maintained.

Our stay at the villa was perfect! It's very large, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and it was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably. Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

Top house with very good house. Recommended!!!

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

9 women on a lovely relaxing break. The place was perfect for our needs. Gorgeous pool and excellent location. Oscar was very helpful and communicated throughout our stay. We would come back!
