B&B 2 km from Bormio

The B&B Baita de Eliseo is located 2 km from the Bormio thermal baths and ski slopes, in the heart of the central Alps, in the Stelvio National Park. In summer, it is a great starting point for walks along wonderful trails on foot, by mountain bike or to challenge the famous mountain passes that have marked the history of cycling (Stelvio, Mortirolo, Gavia). In winter it is the ideal destination for lovers of alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

The Alpina house was acquired by Nelly Hellrigl-Greiner in 1935. Initially, it was run as a guesthouse, butcher shop and a small farm. After a few years, the agriculture and butcher's shop were abandoned. By converting and increasing the barn, more rooms were gained. In 2019, I brought the Alpina back into the family as the 3rd generation as a great-granddaughter. Now I am looking forward to the new challenge and warmly welcome you. Vanessa
