We hebben een fantastische week gehad met onze familie in Villa Pupi. Een heel Comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een prachtige plek middenin het groen. Trevigano is dichtbij voor boodschappen en heerlijke restaurants. Giorgio was een fijne gastheer. Hij reageerde snel op vragen en dacht mee met ons. Ook Francesco was super aardig en kwam direct langs toen we een urgente vraag hadden. Wij alle zes zijn heel enthousiast over dit huis ook al is het aan de dure kant voor ons was het dit waard. 😀‼️

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Siamo stati una settimana nell'alloggio di Luca e Anna: gli spazi sono confortevoli (anche se eravamo in 4 il divano letto era strategico). La piscina molto bella, curata e ben sorvegliata da Michele. La posizione è ottima per visitare e scoprire la tuscia viterbese, i consigli di Luca sono stati molto utili per organizzarci. Luca e Anna sono sempre stati molto disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno e nostra figlia di due anni e mezzo per un we lungo nella casa di Cristy. Siamo stati benissimo, la casa è molto pulita, ordinata e super profumata! Con la piscina esterna ci ha regalato una pausa di vero relax. I proprietari sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili, accogliendoci e rispondendo sempre alle nostre domande. A poca distanza si arriva facilmente a ristoranti e supermercati. Consiglio vivamente!!!

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa villa davvero incantevole. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, immersa in un contesto tranquillo e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, che ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e si è dimostrato sempre disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. È stata un’esperienza che consigliamo caldamente a chi cerca relax e ospitalità autentica.

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Korina and Valentina were very kind and helpful. Korina made great recommendations for local restaurants (including the great gelato place around the corner). Valentina was quick to respond when we had questions. The villa was comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves in Rome again.

La casa di Francesca ed Emanuel,è fantastica,pulitissima,situata in un posto tranquillissimo,e con un giardino bello grande,con olivi e fiori,completamente recintato,cosa molto apprezzata da chi viaggia con cani,come noi,contenti loro,rilassati noi !!! La casa è ben organizzata,ha tutto quello che si può desiderare e anche di più,tipo,la scopa elettrica,molto utile !! Tante piccole accortezze da parte degli host,che fanno subito venire un sorriso,(prodotti per la colazione,capsule per il caffè,bustine mono uso x la doccia),sono coccole,davvero apprezzate !! Vicino alla casa,con davvero pochi minuti di macchina,una marea infinita di cose stupende da vedere. Altra cosa,molto importante,nel letto,si dorme da 100 !!!!!! L'host,Emanuel,simpatico e sempre disponibile !!! Straconsiglio a tutti,questa casa,veramente perfetta ! P.S. Abbiamo sempre pranzato fuori,sul tavolo di fronte alla casa,in compagnia degli uccellini........

We stayed in Lorenza's beutiful house only for 2 nights on the way to the rest of our journey. Everything was absolutely perfect and way better beyond our expectations.Located in a very peaceful location and surrounded by a wonderful garden the house offers plenty of tranquility to the guests.Inside,everything is taken care of by Lorenza to the slightest detail. There even was everything necessary for both of us for the two breakfasts we had during our short stay!!Everything was super clean and very well placed and nothing is missing.The area offers plenty of activities and places to visit even though we didn't manage to further exploit this advantage due to our very short stay.Lorenza certainly deserves the Superhost badge!We realised rather late we should have arrange our journey better and spend more time in Lorenza's house,something we'll definitely do next time,we needed at least another 5 days to appreciaate everything best way possible.Definitely recomended!!!

This is one of the best Air B&Bs ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. After seeing the horrible reviews for the airport hotels I started looking at other options. Fabrizio's place is perfect! It was super clean, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 beds. There were snacks and water waiting for us, plus the apartment is stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The best part is that it's right on the beach - within feet from a sandwich restaurant / bar which has bathrooms and rents umbrellas and chairs. And there's a full restaurant on the next beach over (5 minute walk). Fabrizio and Annamaria responded quickly to all of my questions, allowed us to check in early due to availability and arranged for a shared shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. Wish we could have stayed here a few days longer!

Un vero angolo di paradiso! Il giardino, curato nei minimi dettagli, regala un’atmosfera di assoluto relax, mentre la vasca idromassaggio è un autentico gioiello. Tutto è impeccabilmente pulito, e la comunicazione con l’host è stata sempre chiara e cortese. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e ci hanno illustrato con attenzione ogni comfort della casa. Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto preziosi consigli sulle attrazioni locali, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Se potessi, darei ben più di cinque stelle!

Wir waren überwältigt von der Unterkunft. Ich habe noch nie in einer vergleichbaren Wohnung übernachtet. Der Whirlpool war himmlisch und das Dorf absolut bezaubernd. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung, die jeden Cent wert ist.
