The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The chalet is ideal for two people and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, sleeping area, shower/toilet and two balconies with magnificent views. Garden seating area with deck chair and fire pit, as well as fresh Grisons mountain spring water straight from the tap. With its nature, mountains and many places of power, Val Lumnezia invites you to recharge your batteries. Current information: A single-family home is currently being built on the neighboring property. As a result, there may be construction noise at times.

Morschach is located at 750 m above sea level. and belongs to the Stoos hiking and skiing region. Famous excursion destinations and historical sights are close by.

It is located in the heart of the Surselva and is a good starting point for activities such as hiking, biking and skiing. The Brigels, Laax, Obersaxen and Disentis ski resorts can be reached within 10-20 minutes by car. Thanks to the train station 5 minutes away, Tavanasa is also easily accessible by public transport. In addition, a family-friendly sports field is within walking distance.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
