The chalet is ideal for two people and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, sleeping area, shower/toilet and two balconies with magnificent views. Garden seating area with deck chair and fire pit, as well as fresh Grisons mountain spring water straight from the tap. With its nature, mountains and many places of power, Val Lumnezia invites you to recharge your batteries. Current information: A single-family home is currently being built on the neighboring property. As a result, there may be construction noise at times.

The journey is via a 3 km long road from Lunschania, which is located on the main road about 5 km before Vals. Away from the hustle and bustle, with a wide view over the valley, the house is the ideal starting point for hiking, relaxing or switching off.
