The heart of the apartment is a large living room with TV and fireplace where you can spend evenings with the whole family. It is open to the dining room and kitchen, where there is a large table and a corner for common games. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a large double bed. In the hallway there is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.
